As I punched the Nemean lion, Percy loudly cursed "What the hades!"
But when I looked after where I punched it, I saw no bruises, nothing. I was surprised. "Omnitrix, why is it not working?" I asked.
*Nemean Lion is said to have an invincible skin. Nothing can penetrate it*
Great. I turned towards Percy "It's skin is impenetrable. How do we even kill it?"
Percy, still wary of me, just shook his head. I sighed, felling frustrated. Then a brilliant idea popped in my mind. What if...?
I quickly turned to the questers "I need you to back off. I might have an idea how to beat it."
Zoe just snarled "We do not trust thy. You do not command us."
I sighed and said "Believe me on this one." I tapped on my omnitrix symbol and turned into Echo-Echo.

"Echo-Echo! Close. Your. Ears. On. My. Signal." I said, cloning myself rapidly. I told myself (still very confusing for me sometimes) "Go. And. Become. The. Lion's. Meal." he nodded and ran towards the lion's mouth. The Nemean Lion opened it's mouth. I said to it "Duplicate!" while the Echo-Echo in Lion's mouth duplicated filling the mouth and opening it. I said "Close. Your. Ears!"
"Echo Chamber!" I said and screamed at a high pitched voice. The Nemean Lion's whole inner system got shaken up and it disappeared in gold dust.

I turned into my human form. "See? I told you." I said, turning towards the questers. Percy had his mouth open. I said "Close your mouth Percy. Otherwise flies may enter your mouth."
Percy spluttered and said "Dude, that is so awesome! Why didn't you ever tell me that you are a shapeshifter?"

I replied "Too risky. Since war is going to begin, from what I heard, there's bound to be spies in the camp."
Zoe's face was neutral, but her eyes showed respect "Tell me, boy. How did thy know there are spies in the camp?"

I shrugged "I have been in 3 wars before. I tend to know how war is going to operate, and how people are gonna behave."
I gave Percy a look, which said 'don't tell yet. Enemies are still here.'
Percy said "The General is here. He grew some skeletons from some bones and gave them a piece of your cloth."
Zoe's face paled. She said "We need to go fast." I said "Alright, come on, we don't have time to waste."

As we sat in the van, I said "Look, I know you don't want me, but I'm needed according to the prophecy."
Zoe just huffed angrily. She spat "What are you, boy? I have never seen those creatures you turned into."

Grover looked at me with distrust "And you believe him?"
I sighed "If you don't want to believe me, don't. Just know that I'm here to help."
Percy jumped in the seat "Guys, believe him. He's the 3 times savior of his universe!"
Zoe put a brake, but immediately started "Males are always distrustful. They always lie."

Everyone had a confused look. Thalia asked "What's that?"
I shook my head "Nothing. Just a group of people who hate aliens and want to eradicate from the universe."
Percy had a questioning look, but held back. Bianca asked "Aliens exist?"
I said "Yep. They exist. The creatures which I turn into are aliens. They have different kind of powers." I pointed towards my watch "Omnitrix is sometimes called 'The Most Dangerous Weapon in The Universe'. It gives the user the ability to walk in an alien's life. I received it, when I was 10."
Bianca asked "No offense, but isn't it a bit dangerous with a child?"
I looked at her "It was actually intended for my Grandpa, one of the best Plumbers. Plumbers are kinda intergalactic police force, who maintain peace in the universe."
"Then how did you get it?" Percy asked. I replied "It's kinda messed up. A time traveller, and an alternate reality of me ensured I received the Omnitrix."

Percy shook his head "It's messed up alright."
I was about to speak more, when we stopped at a food shop. Zoe said "Buy what thy want. We will rest here."
I stepped out of the van. Percy and Zoe went inside to buy something. While me and Bianca sat on the chair beside the table. She did... Whatever she was doing, and I started fiddling with my watch. There was one thing I had never revealed to anyone, which was that I had a mild dyslexia. I thought that I was a freak. But after hearing that it was normal thing for demigods, I had visibly relaxed.

Percy and Zoe sat down and Grover sat beside him. Suddenly, the Omnitrix started to beep. *Incoming call from Gwendolyn Tennyson*
I looked at them before receiving the call "Yes, Gwen? What do you want?"
She said "Are you alright, Ben? Did you find Vilgax?"
I tensed up "No. I haven't seen him since he pulled me here. I'm on a quest currently, it might give a clue of Vilgax."
The questers looked at me questioningly. I gave them a look that said 'later'.
"Gwen. I have ask something urgent." I said. Gwen "Yes, Ben?"
"Tell me the truth about my parents." I could imagine her freeze. She stammered "Wh-What? Th-they are f-fine."

"Bullshit Gwen. You know the truth very well. Tell me what are you hiding." I asked angrily.
She just said "I'm not hiding anything."
"Yeah, and I'm supposed to believe that. Ever since I came to this world, I found out that I am a son of Poseidon. And the last I heard was that my father was a human called Carl Tennyson." I spat, unable to keep out the bitterness.
Gwen sighed "I'm really sorry Ben. Th-they said that you would hate Uncle Carl and Aunt Sandra. You were found in the hospital, lying beside me. Since they didn't have any child, they adopted you. You came with one note. It said 'Benjamin'. So they named you Benjamin Kirby Tennyson. At first I didn't know. But I became suspicious about our birthday and found out. I was about to talk to you, when they stopped me."
I inhaled sharply "Gwen. We promised each other to never hide any secrets from each other. I... I trusted you with my life."
"Ben I'm-" I cut her off and said "Don't. I-I need some time to think. Goodbye. I'll talk to you later." and I cut off the call.
The other looked at me expectantly. "Forget about it. It's nothing." I said.
Percy was the first one "Ben, you're my older brother. You can trust me. You can trust us." I said "No Percy. I'm not saying I don't trust you. It's... It's kind of hard to process that the people who you were living with weren't actually your family."
I got up and said "Vilgax is an enemy of mine. He has been after me since I was 10, trying to get the omnitrix for himself. He wants to conquer the universe with a shape-shifting army which the omnitrix can provide. I was last fighting him, when he dragged me into this universe. That's why I'm trying very hard to find him."
All of them stared at me. Percy got up and surprised me. He hugged tightly and said "Then we'll support you."

I was touched by Percy's loyalty. He had no bit of ego. He had always said that he will always do anything for his friend.
Zoe was still looking at me indifferently, which was expected. The others were looking at me with pity, and admiration.
Suddenly Grover went crazy and exclaimed "It's happening! The blessing!"
Everyone looked confused, while Zoe remained emotionless. Then, from a distance, I saw a large pig running towards us.
Zoe yelled "That is an Erithmanian Sow!". Grover had already fainted. I quickly got into action, when Zoe stopped me "We don't have to kill it. It's a blessing from the Lord of the Wild."
I dialled the omnitrix from Fourarms to Ghostfreak and activated it. A green burst of light erupted from me. "Ghostfreak!" I said in a raspy voice.
I became intangible and went inside it. And to my disappointment, I found that it was very hard to control it. I only managed to calm it down, but I couldn't even control it.
The others were looking at me scared. I said "Boo!"
The others quickly straightened up. I turned back to myself and Percy asked "How did you even become a ghost?"
I just grinned "It's another alien." Others were looking at me in awe, while Zoe's face held a grudging respect. Just how hard it is to please her?
Grover had woken up and said "We are supposed to ride it. It will take us west."
The others nodded and got up on it. Percy noticed me not climbing "Hey bro, why are you not climbing?"
I shook my head and said "I can catch up to you. Don't worry." Grover said "Dude, you can't keep up with this thing. It's one of the fastest creatures."
I said "Bet on it?" Percy grinned madly and said "Deal. I will call you boss if you get there fast."
I raised my eyebrow "Really?" I asked "You're so on!"
I dialled in XLR8 and a flash of light erupted. "XLR8! Gotta go fast!" I exclaimed and zoomed out of the place."

I was getting really bored now. I had spotted a black car in a distance waiting. Maybe some visitor.

And finally I saw them riding on the pig. Once it stopped, they got down and the pig ran into the wild.
I gave a grin "So who won, Percy?"
Percy grit his teeth "You won... Boss." I chuckled and said "Now don't underestimate me ever."
Thalia was looking jealous "What else can you do?"
I laughed and said "A better question is 'What I can't do'."
Zoe was looking at me warily "Do you have God like abilities?" I stopped laughing and became serious. I answered "Yes."
Her expression became more guarded "And you are not a threat to the gods?"

I sighed "I seriously don't know much about the gods. I have an alien form which has nigh omnipotence. One thought, and it can do anything. So it has limitations. It has 3 personalities, Rage, Love and Reason. When I turn into one, I become reason. A thought is carried out when 3 of them agree on a thing. That's one of the reasons I don't use it. I keep it only for emergencies." It was the half truth, because I didn't want to tell them that I actually had full control of Alien X.

As we walked towards a junkyard, the car waiting in side drove in front of us and stopped. And out stepped a man, who had a really brutal face. His body looked like a soldiers'. He had an evil grin on his face.
From the side, Percy said angrily "Ares."
