Chapter 22 - 72,000 Pathways,Liquid Drop Forms

After entering the hut, Ankit began to read novels to see if he could find some ideas to make techniques.

After finding some ideas, Ankit began to try them. Obviously, the technique he first set his eyes on was the water technique. So he started by first putting a glass of water in front of him.

Then he sat on the ground in a meditation position, then he began to control water with his thoughts and make different shapes with water.

He first wanted to enhance his control on water so he could know the nature of water, its flexibility, power, etc.

After practicing for 1 hour, he could easily make shapes like bird, gorilla, lion, but they didn't have much detail on them.

He practiced some more time and after getting exhausted, began to think about his cultivation path.

He had already perfected this substage, so now he thought about what could be the way for his next cultivation substage.

Ankit first thought that he should directly go for opening the upper cores in his body.

But then he thought that he couldn't achieve a high level of power with just essence flow that is in a gas-like state.

He had read novels where cultivators make their core energy liquid from its original gas-like state.

Ankit also thought that this was the correct way because gas is weaker than liquid. And if he used essence flow in liquid state, it would be stronger and could be used in many ways.

He could also cleanse his body on a deeper level with this liquid essence flow.

Ankit had already done cleaning his body on substage 2 but only on a surface level, so he thought that cleaning his body from a deep level, his power would be on a different level. And he could also open his meridians fully and make energy pathways in his body.

He had done online research and found that according to Indian mythology texts, there are 72,000 energy pathways in a human body that are connected to the cores. He had also seen something similar in Chinese novels.

And he had made his core according to Indian mythology, and placed it on his spine end. So those pathways could be connected with his cores.

Once Ankit opens and connects the energy pathways to his Root Core, he will gain the ability to store Essence Flow within these extensive pathways, effectively creating reservoirs throughout his body. This storage vastly increases his energy management efficiency, allowing him to accumulate and release Essence rapidly and precisely.

For example, by concentrating Essence Flow storage in the pathways of his hands, Ankit can unleash a sudden, massive burst of energy localized in his fists. This explosively amplifies his strikes, making his attacks at least 100 times more efficient and powerful than directly using core energy alone.

This system of pathways will enable Ankit to strategically store, channel, and expend Essence Flow with far greater speed and control, revolutionizing his combat effectiveness beyond mere raw power.

There are many benefits for liquid energy, so why shouldn't he do it?

Ankit had tried to find these pathways, but his senses were not that strong, so he could only find 5,000 pathways. All pathways were connected to his root core position. Some pathways were big and some pathways were small.

He named the big pathways, main pathways.

He thought that he could see these pathways because he had already opened his root core, so the pathways related to it were visible. If he opened his other 6 cores, then he could spot all pathways.

And he didn't think that the root core had only 5,000 pathways. He had a feeling that there were more.

But for now, he thought that making his essence flow liquid was the next substage. He tried, and on his first try, he got successful; he managed to condense all his core essence flow into a single drop, but this step completely drained him.

He rested for some time and began to gather essence flow from the environment, because he had already condensed all essence flow in his core into a drop, his core had much space now.

So he began to gather essence flow, and in this process, his cyclone was very helpful. In the beginning, this cyclone was only 1/5 the size of the core, and now the cyclone was 2 times bigger than the core, and it could gather energy from 50 m of his surroundings, meaning all the energy in the hut and its surroundings was going to be devoured by Ankit.

Ankit, after only 1 hours, completely filled his core. Previously, this process had taken Ankit a minimum of 10 to 15 days with the previous cyclone. And now he could easily achieve this in 2 hours.

This clear difference made Ankit smile.

Ankit again began to condense the energy into a drop. After completing this step, he again rested.

Ankit saw that his cyclone had already gathered some energy passively in his core while he was resting. If he gave 1 day to his cyclone, then the cyclone would definitely fill his core completely.

Ankit thought this cyclone was very helpful in this substage. If he had to collect all the energy from the surroundings then it would take who knows how many years. Even though he could live for 200 years after achieving substage 2, it would still be difficult to complete this substage 3 without the cyclone.

Ankit thanked himself for finding this cyclone; otherwise, he would not be able to achieve this stage.

Ankit then made himself a simple lunch. Even though he could easily fast for 10 to 20 days, he didn't want to. If he could eat, then he would eat.

He couldn't easily forget eating, right?

After eating lunch, he again cultivated, then ate dinner. His family also called him at that time through phone, and he answered it and talked with them, and saying he just ate dinner and now wanted to sleep, he cut the call.

But he didn't sleep; instead, he began to cultivate. He just couldn't resist the feeling of growing stronger, so he wanted to condense all the energy in his core and fill his core with the liquid essence flow.

Additionally, he could go 7 days without sleep.

So he cultivated all night; he didn't even play Free Fire. All his focus was on cultivating.
