Paris glittered under the night sky, but Kiara barely noticed as she stormed into Aarav's hotel lobby. Her heart pounded like a ticking clock—every second mattered. She spotted him near the elevator, shoulders heavy, eyes shadowed with defeat.
"Aarav!"
He turned, surprise flickering before anger hardened his gaze.
"You shouldn't be here."
Kiara stepped closer, refusing to let the distance win.
"I had to come. Someone is trying to destroy you—and us."
Aarav's jaw tightened.
"I've seen the videos, Kiara. The headlines. And now my project is suspended. Tell me—why does it all point back to you?"
Her breath caught.
"Because someone wants it that way. Rohan. He's behind the notes, the rumours… and the leak."
Aarav's eyes widened, disbelief warring with rage.
"Rohan? Your co-star?"
Kiara nodded, pulling the envelopes from her bag.
"He admitted it. He wants to break us—and he's sabotaging your dream to do it."
Before Aarav could respond, a voice cut through the tension like a blade.
"Bravo, Kiara. You finally figured it out."
They turned. Rohan stood in the lobby, calm, almost amused, as if he owned the night.
"But you're too late. The board already doubts Aarav. His project is dead."
Aarav stepped forward, fury blazing in his eyes.
"You think you can ruin me and walk away?"
Rohan smirked.
"I don't think, Aarav. I know."
Security guards began to notice the escalating scene, but Kiara didn't care. She grabbed Aarav's hand, her voice fierce.
"We fight this. Together."
Rohan's smile faded as Kiara whispered to Aarav:
"I have proof. And tomorrow, the world will know who the real villain is."
