When The Hokage got informed of Naruto's latest retrievel of the Five-elements Basic E-rank jutsu he was pretty surprised , With the way he pushed the wind and directed Naruto to focus on Chakra-Control and his dedication and perservence.
Naruto should only be interested in these after a year but it seems like having 'Friends' with the last years students and the boring training also wavered him.

thinking to himself The Hokage hears voices and goes to the window to see Naruto distributing the jutsus among the kids . Remembering the 5 basic jutsu The Hokage gets interested at Naruto's performance and stays longer at the window.
( Those 5 jutsu are just to test kids affinity without Chakra paper , they are not taught , not because they don't matter but because we are training shinobi and most important for this is their character and habits and the performence in the academy )
The Hokage's thought interrupted when he sees a ball of flame going over in a girl's hand
