"1: The exterior is an ordinary-looking wooden judicial gavel. When executing a guilty verdict, it transforms into a massive cruciform Executioner's Sword forged of brilliant golden light with a black cross in the center.
"2: To activate the artifact, the user must hit the target using the gavel three times consecutively without being interrupted. Upon the third hit, it establishes a temporary courtroom domain where all physical violence is strictly prohibited.
"The wielder assumes the role of the prosecutor, and the target is forced to be the defendant.
"The artifact summons a blind judge entity called the Judgeman and generates a sealed case file containing objective evidence of a crime the target committed. The wielder gains instinctive knowledge of this evidence while the target remains completely ignorant.
"The target must make a plea of silence, confession, or denial. If they lie or their defense is shattered by the hidden evidence, the Judgeman declares them guilty.
"There are two types of punishment. The first one is confiscation, where the Judgeman will confiscate the target's ability to use Beyonder powers. This is the punishment given when the crime is not that severe.
"The second is the death penalty. This is given when the crime is severe and the penalty is death in the eyes of the law.
"Upon a guilty verdict resulting in the death penalty, the gavel becomes the Executioner's Sword. Any strike from this blade delivers instant death to the guilty party.
"In its base form, the gavel can be thrown and will instantly reappear in the wielder's grip. It can also stretch and morph into a heavy wooden staff or a giant mallet for combat purposes.
"3: Every time this artifact is used, it creates and strengthens a separate, strict prosecutor personality inside the wielder's mind.
"The more it is used, the more powerful this artificial personality becomes, causing the wielder to become hyper-logical and obsessed with rigid punishment.
"The safe limit for using this artifact is exactly three times. Exceeding this limit will result in the wielder completely losing their original self to the prosecutor persona.
"4: The method of sealing is to keep it inside a box of exact dimensions. The inner lining of the box must be completely covered with the written legal code of the kingdom it currently resides in.
