The two stared at each other, until the people around them began to say words like 'Ice Blade' and 'Magic', they finally snapped out of their daze.
'Raine is actually a mage?'
'Doesn't that mean... Oak Village has a mage now?'
A series of similar thoughts suddenly flooded into their minds.
"Gates, did the old man see it wrong? Raine actually became a mage?" Village Chief Kael turned his head to ask Gates beside him, muttering.
"Chief, you didn't see it wrong, if you did, then surely all these people couldn't have seen it wrong too!" Gates was already laughing from ear to ear.
He suddenly remembered, he was the one who had helped plow Raine's few acres of land.
So didn't that mean he was helping a mage farm?
"Indeed, this is the true strength of the captain!"
"That's wonderful!"
Regina and the other four showed expressions of 'it should be so'.
