This is the palace where Kian Sterling resides in the Beast King Palace. Originally, it was called Snow-shadow Hall, but upon his return, he changed it to 'Serene Moon Palace.'
As for why he changed it, even he didn't know.
He just felt the name sounded pleasant.
He lazily propped up his arm, half of his body sinking into the snowy fox-fur couch, fingers twirling a green leaf around endlessly, never stopping.
Sunlight filtered through the lattice windows, casting fragmented light spots on his robe, highlighting his enigmatic and stunningly beautiful face.
Finn Arcanus leaned against the palace pillar, crossing his arms and coldly watching a patrol of beastman guards passing outside the window: "Third Prince, there's been no movement from Nolan Sterling for now, but..."
