Tian Xin had only taken a couple of bites before putting down her chopsticks. The matter seemed overwhelming upon reflection, and she found it hard to accept for a moment.
Lin Zhou sat across from her, counting his noodles slowly, which made her anxious. But she couldn't say anything, so she just sat and watched him.
Noticing her gaze, Lin Zhou looked up and saw she wasn't eating again, prompting him to ask, "What's wrong? Doesn't it suit your taste?"
"No, no!" She said helplessly and picked up her chopsticks again to shovel the noodles.
The taste of the noodle shop was quite ordinary. Back then, bringing Lin Zhou here was simply because she was poor and couldn't afford a better restaurant. She didn't expect him to come all this way today, which surprised her.
"Do you like it?" She asked while stuffing noodles into her mouth, "This noodle?"
Lin Zhou was focused on his noodles but, suddenly hearing her question, was a bit puzzled: "I like it. Why do you ask?"
