After sending off Elaine, Bella closed the door and hesitated for a moment before asking, "Ms. Cheney, did you come looking for me?"
Sharon glanced at her, smiled faintly, and shook her head, "No, I was just a little worried when you didn't return after going out."
Relieved by her words, Bella really didn't want anyone to know about her relationship with Damian now. Before it was due to the contractual requirements, but now she simply didn't want to be involved with him anymore.
She didn't want to be the third party ruining someone else's relationship.
With a playful smile, Bella wrapped her arm around Sharon's, saying, "I just felt a bit dizzy from drinking, so I went out for some air. I walked too far and ended up buying a phone, then realized it was quite late. So I didn't go back to the hotel, I came straight back. Ms. Cheney, did the director blame me for disappearing midway?"
