"Since you don't lack money, is there any point in holding out your hand for mine?" Bella Acker said, "And please, don't call me sister, we're not close."
Bella had initially thought that being half-sisters, she'd speak a bit more tactfully.
But seeing Shirley Caldwell's aggressive attitude, she didn't feel like she was dealing with a half-sister, so she didn't see the need to feign familial affection.
