The remaining eight skill points were all earned from surgeries Lu Cheng performed today. They haven't even warmed up before they need to be used again.
The skill level for Finger and Limb Replantation Surgery appeared on the panel after Lu Cheng learned Nerve Suturing Skill at Union Hospital and attained a certain proficiency.
Only when the prerequisites for the surgery are completed does the panel determine that you have a beginner's ability in a certain surgical technique, and then it's displayed on the panel for point allocation.
It doesn't list everything from scratch directly on the panel.
