Destruction followed by healing,
repeating this process continuously, making the body stronger and harder.
Isn't this the theory that ordinary people follow when they exercise?
The so-called evolution and gene modification of Wang Ye,
is it simply repeating this step to the extreme?
In essence, this makes sense.
After all, evolution itself is survival of the fittest and natural selection.
Although modern biology has defined evolution as a change in gene frequency within a population, meaning it requires countless generations to undergo the same change for a population to achieve stable evolution gradually.
But clearly, as single organisms, they cannot achieve evolution as currently defined by biology.
So, what is the simplest way for them to alter genes and thus evolve?
It is to push the body to its limits, so the body perceives it as external pressure, and allows the body to naturally evolve to adapt to the stress.
