The clouds of the second tribulation were unable to dissipate, and the third layer quivered as it prepared to descend.
Lu Qian had already infused a touch of spiritual light into the jade scroll and whispered an order: "Quickly deliver this message to the Spirit Beast Sect and the Xuanwei Sect. Out-of-state Nascent Souls are about to invade our Minglong Mountain. We beg for reinforcements."
He then said to Dong Chengjun, "I understand the whole story. There are laws between prefectures that won't allow Qiming Spirit Monarch to lord over Cangzhou. Zhenren, please step aside to rest and heal. Be at ease."
Dong Chengjun hesitated slightly but still nodded. "In that case, I'll entrust everything to Sect Leader Lu. Our Danxia Sect will surely repay the favor. Moreover, the Qiming Spirit Monarch may soon come after us. Sect Leader Lu, be very careful. If reinforcements can be sought, please urge them to come swiftly."
