"June 11th, in the morning and afternoon, frequency-related training was conducted in the training field and gym, the effects were quite good, perhaps because my basic coordination and power are pretty strong; there's a foundation for practicing this skill.
"However, I feel my training method is certainly not the optimal, most reasonable, or fastest way to improve; professional knowledge is needed in this area, I probably still need the help of private coaching!
