Housekeeper Han arrived shortly, and Marquis Gu asked, "How did Ru Hua come to the mansion? Why is the Madam unaware?"
Housekeeper Han replied, "Before passing away, the Duchess Dowager instructed Ru Hua and the housekeeper to invite the Old Madam to speak with her, and Ru Hua was brought back with her. The Old Madam instructed that Ru Hua wouldn't stay long, and the matter must not be leaked."
Marquis Gu glanced at Qin Yuan and asked, "Why did Treasure Bead take Ru Hua away?"
Housekeeper Han was bewildered.
"Did the Seventh Miss take Ru Hua away? Wasn't it the Old Madam's instruction to send Ru Hua back to her family? I truly don't know."
"Ru Hua followed the Seventh Miss to study at the White Crane Academy."
Housekeeper Han exclaimed, "The carriage that took Ru Hua has already left, then who is on that carriage?"
Marquis Gu shook his head.
Who knows?
Realizing his mistake, Housekeeper Han said, "It was my negligence; I will immediately send someone to retrieve it."
