The battlefield in Egypt had finally fallen silent after the destruction of House of Final Odds, but Kanzaki Reiji still refused to accept what had happened. He remained standing several meters away from Hero, his Dominion Dice still resting in his hand while the remnants of his Forbidden Energy disappeared from the atmosphere around them. His eyes continued following the last fragments of the casino-like void as they faded into nothingness, almost as if he was waiting for reality to correct itself and restore what Hero had destroyed. But nothing returned. The rules of House of Final Odds were gone, and Kanzaki was forced to face something that his own mind had difficulty accepting: his Forbidden Energy had actually been destroyed.
Kanzaki slowly looked back toward Hero, his expression unusually serious. "You destroyed it," he said, his voice quieter than before, almost as though saying the words aloud would make them easier to understand. "House of Final Odds wasn't supposed to disappear. Forbidden Energy isn't something that can simply be destroyed. It can be overcome, resisted, sealed, even turned against its user, but the energy itself remains. That's how it has always been." Hero stood across from him with several cards still floating around his body, but he didn't look particularly impressed by what he'd accomplished. "Then I guess today wasn't like every other day," Hero replied. Kanzaki's fingers tightened around his dice as he stared at him, and the calm gambler from earlier slowly began disappearing beneath frustration. "You think this is something you can just walk away from?" he asked. "You broke a rule that has never been broken throughout history."
Hero looked at him for a moment before answering, his expression remaining completely composed. "Kanzaki, the fight is already over." That answer only made Kanzaki more frustrated. He suddenly threw one of his dice into the air, refusing to let the battle end while he still couldn't accept the result. The die struck the ground and landed on six, and Kanzaki immediately launched himself forward with the guaranteed outcome attached to his next action. Hero reacted instantly, raising a card as the two collided again in the middle of the ruined battlefield. CRACK! The impact sent a shockwave through the surrounding ruins, but Hero managed to redirect the attack before following with a Spade that struck Kanzaki and sent him skidding across the ground. Kanzaki forced himself back to his feet and tried again, but Hero was already waiting for him.
The next exchange was shorter than the previous ones, because Kanzaki's body had already reached its limit while Hero still had enough strength to continue. Kanzaki threw another die, attempted another attack, and tried to force another guaranteed outcome, but Hero simply stepped through his attack and struck him with a final Spade. The resulting explosion pushed Kanzaki backward and left him unable to continue. His Dominion Dice fell from his hand and landed quietly against the ground. Kanzaki stared at them for several seconds before looking back at Hero, his breathing heavy and his expression finally losing its resistance.
"So that's it..." Kanzaki murmured. "After everything I did... after everything I built around probability... you just destroyed the one thing I believed couldn't be destroyed." Hero walked toward him and stopped a short distance away. "You were strong," he said, without mocking him. "But being strong doesn't mean you're allowed to decide how the fight ends." Kanzaki lowered his head, and for several seconds he remained completely silent. Then his body finally gave out, leaving his Dominion Dice behind as Hero stood over the battlefield.
Kanzaki Reiji was dead.
Hero looked toward the horizon as the wind passed through the ruined streets, carrying away the last traces of House of Final Odds. He didn't celebrate. He didn't raise his cards into the air or declare himself the winner. He simply stood there, staring at the place where the Forbidden Energy had disappeared, while somewhere far away, another person suddenly felt the connection between brothers break.
---
Inside the strange crystal-red location, Ishika remained trapped against the glowing crystal surface, unable to move freely while the others around her watched the atmosphere change. Nobody immediately understood what had happened, but the Rubik's Cube user suddenly stopped moving. The cube he had been turning between his fingers remained frozen in place, and for several seconds he simply stared into the distance.
Ishika noticed the change in his expression. "What happened?" she asked, but he didn't answer immediately. His eyes remained fixed toward the direction of Egypt as though he were trying to reach something that was no longer there. Then his fingers slowly tightened around the cube.
"Kanzaki."
The name came out quietly.
Ishika watched him carefully.
He closed his eyes for a moment, searching for the familiar presence he had always been able to recognize.
Nothing.
His brother's presence was gone.
The Rubik's Cube slowly lowered from his hand.
"Kanzaki is dead."
The room became silent.
His expression didn't collapse into uncontrolled anger. Instead, his face became completely calm, almost unnaturally so, while the cube in his hand began turning again.
Click.
Another side moved.
Click.
Another.
He wasn't shouting.
He wasn't rushing toward Egypt.
But the anger was obvious.
"Kanzaki was my brother," he said quietly. "And someone just did something that has never happened in history."
He looked down at the cube.
"They destroyed his Forbidden Energy."
His eyes slowly lifted.
"Nobody has ever done that before."
He continued turning the cube, his movements becoming slower and more deliberate.
"I don't know who killed him yet."
A pause followed.
"But I'll find out."
The cube clicked into another position.
"And when I do..."
His expression remained calm.
"...we'll see whether breaking one impossible rule was enough."

Far away from them, Yoshiro stood alone.
There was no army surrounding him, no group of warriors challenging him, and no one standing beside him to interrupt the silence. The battlefield around him was already ruined, and the atmosphere remained distorted by the power he had released earlier. Yoshiro stood quietly in the middle of the destruction, staring forward with the same unsettling confidence he had carried throughout the conflict.
He slowly turned his head.
Something felt different.
Not an attack.
Not another enemy approaching.
Something else.
Yoshiro's eyes narrowed.
Behind him, the air had begun to distort.
At first it was barely noticeable, nothing more than a thin shimmer in space. Then the distortion expanded, forming a circular opening surrounded by strange light. The portal appeared directly behind him without warning, and Yoshiro slowly turned around to face it.
He didn't speak.
The portal continued expanding.
A powerful presence began leaking through from the other side.
Yoshiro's expression changed.
Someone was coming.
The light became brighter.
Then a figure stepped through.
Yoshiro's eyes widened.
The woman who appeared on the other side looked different from the person he remembered. She appeared younger, her presence sharper and far more intense, and the energy surrounding her body was so overwhelming that the atmosphere itself seemed to react to her arrival. She stood completely still for a moment, looking across the battlefield as if remembering exactly where she was and why she had returned.
Yoshiro stared at her.
"...You."
The woman slowly raised her eyes.
It was Judas.
But this wasn't the Judas Yoshiro remembered fighting.
This was Prime Judas.
Her body had returned younger, her presence had become vastly stronger, and the energy surrounding her felt limitless. There was no hesitation in her eyes anymore, no uncertainty, and no sign that she intended to hold anything back.
Yoshiro's expression slowly became serious.
"You were erased."
Judas looked at him calmly.
"I know."
Yoshiro stared at her.
"You shouldn't be standing here."
Judas took one step forward.
"And yet I am."
The ground beneath her feet cracked.
Yoshiro's aura immediately intensified.
Judas continued walking toward him.
"You erased me once."
Her eyes became colder.
"You won't get the chance to do it again."
Yoshiro smiled.
"Then I'll erase you twice."
Judas stopped.
For a moment, neither moved.
Then her energy exploded outward.
BOOOOOOOOOOM!
The shockwave tore through the battlefield, sending debris flying in every direction while Yoshiro planted himself against the force. His eyes narrowed as Judas disappeared from his vision.
WHOOSH!
She appeared directly in front of him.
Yoshiro raised his arm.
CRACK!
The collision shook the entire battlefield.
Judas didn't stop.
She attacked again before Yoshiro could recover, forcing him backward as her speed increased with every movement. Yoshiro attempted to erase the space around her, but Judas simply moved through it and continued attacking. Her movements were faster than before, sharper and more aggressive, and there was absolutely no hesitation in her attacks.
Yoshiro suddenly disappeared.
Judas turned.
He appeared behind her.
She vanished.
He followed.
She reappeared above him.
He raised his hand.
She attacked.
The battlefield became a blur of black and white energy as Erasure and Restoration collided repeatedly, each exchange producing another shockwave that spread through the surrounding ruins.
Yoshiro finally managed to create a massive erasure field around Judas.
"Let's see you restore yourself from this."
The field expanded.
Everything inside began disappearing.
Judas stood within it.
Then she smiled.
"Why would I restore myself?"
Yoshiro's eyes widened.
Judas's energy erupted.
"I'll restore everything you erase."
BOOOOOOOOOOM!
The erasure field shattered.
The battlefield returned.
The destroyed ground reconstructed itself beneath Judas's feet as though the destruction had never occurred.
Yoshiro stared.
Judas looked directly at him.
"This time, I'm not fighting you to survive."
Her aura continued expanding.
"I'm fighting you to make sure you can't erase anyone else."
Yoshiro's smile disappeared.
And for the first time, the two forces standing across from each other felt almost perfectly opposed.
Yoshiro.
The embodiment of Erasure.
Judas.
The embodiment of Restoration.
The narrator's voice echoed across the battlefield.
> One existence could remove what stood before it.
> The other could restore what had already been removed.
> Yoshiro had always believed that erasure represented the final ending, because something that no longer existed could never fight back.
> But Judas had returned with an answer to that belief.
> She had returned younger. Faster. Stronger.
> And most importantly...
> she had returned without a limit.
Judas lowered her stance.
Yoshiro raised his hand.
Neither of them looked away.
The narrator continued.
> This was no longer a battle between two powerful warriors.
> This was a collision between two impossible concepts.
> Erasure against Restoration.
> The ending against the refusal to end.
Judas suddenly disappeared.
Yoshiro smiled.
"Come."
The next collision shook the entire battlefield.
BOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
And this time, neither of them was holding back.
