The World Government confirms that the Rocks Pirates have officially fallen and disbanded, bringing an end to one of the most violent threats the seas have ever known.
According to verified Marine reports, Rocks D. Xebec, captain of the Rocks Pirates, lost his sanity and began indiscriminate slaughter, attacking not only civilians but even members of his own clan and crew.
In response to this unprecedented crisis, Vice Admiral Monkey D. Garp personally led the suppression operation.
Standing alone against Rocks' wrath, Garp confronted and defeated the mad pirate, ending the massacre and preventing further loss of life.
Marine headquarters has officially recognized Garp as " hero of the marines."
The battle resulted in the complete destruction of God Valley Island.
With Rocks' death, the Rocks Pirates disbanded immediately, their remaining members scattering across the seas.
"Alright… this should be the final print," the man muttered as he carefully reread the article. Satisfied, he handed the newspaper copy to his colleague.
"The Rocks Pirates have fallen…" the other man whispered as he stared at the headline. His hands trembled slightly as he held the paper. "I still can't believe it. It's real… Rocks is really dead."
"See?" another man said as he placed the newspaper down on the table. "I knew it. The World Government's roots run deep. It's ancient, far older and far more powerful than anyone imagines. Compared to them, Rocks was just a rookie."
"Rocks was strong, no doubt," someone else added. "He kidnapped kings, killed an admiral, and even attacked ships carrying Celestial Dragons. But he made the biggest mistake of all, he challenged the World Government itself. Now they've shown the world exactly why they rule it."
"Heeha!" Morgans laughed loudly, his beak stretching into a wide grin. "This is huge news!"
Morgans [ The Future President of The World Economy News Paper] was practically vibrating with excitement.
I never expected the short message I leaked on purpose to create something this massive, Morgans thought to himself.
Even now, I can hardly believe it.
He was the one who had secretly leaked information about God Valley to Rocks, despite the World Government paying him a hefty sum to keep quiet. He still lacked proper backing, and deep down, he knew he should have been more careful.
All I can do now is pray the World Government never finds out, he thought grimly.
The news that the Rocks Pirates had been disbanded, and that Rocks D. Xebec was dead, brought relief to countless people across the world. Not only civilians, but pirates and marines alike felt the weight lift from their shoulders.
For civilians especially, the news was monumental.
Across the seas, one name echoed louder than any other.
Garp — hero of the marines.
---
"Hmph… marines and their little tricks to manipulate information," Edward Newgate muttered under his breath as he folded the newspaper.
---
Rocks' era is over, Shiki thought as he read the article carefully. Now it's my turn.
"I'll become the new king of the world," Shiki muttered, his eyes burning with ambition.
"I'll recruit talent, real talent. Unlike Rocks, who was foolish enough to charge in alone, I won't repeat that mistake."
His grip tightened around the newspaper.
"For that… I'll need strong people. People like Roger." he smirked.
"It's decided. I'll form my own pirate group,.a massive fleet. And one day… I'll make Roger submit to me."
---
"Linlin, look at this," Kaido said, holding the newspaper up for her to see.
"Tch," Linlin scoffed after glancing at it. "Marines and their disgusting little tactics. I hate them. Anyway, it's none of our business now." She turned away, already losing interest.
"Let's go, Kaido," Linlin said confidently. "I've decided. I'm going to establish my own pirate crew,.the Big Mom Pirates. Together, we'll be unstoppable."
"As you say, Linlin," Kaido muttered quietly. "As long as you get me my Devil Fruit…"
"Hey! You little punk, stop obsessing over that!" Linlin snapped, glaring at him. "You need to choose carefully!"

Out on the open sea, a ship sailed steadily through the waves.
It was the Oro Jackson, the ship of the Roger Pirates. Its flag fluttered proudly in the wind.
"Hahaha! Look at this, Roger," Gaban said with a grin as he read the newspaper. "They erased all your achievements at God Valley. There's not a single mention of the Roger Pirates. Only Garp got the credit, and now he's being called the 'Hero of the Marines'."
Roger merely smiled, clearly unbothered by Gaban's teasing.
"I don't care about credit, Gaban," Roger replied. His smile slowly faded, his expression turning serious. "But I feel like I missed something. I know Rocks, he's ruthless, sure. But his behavior at God Valley was strange. Everything there felt strange. And I still don't know who he was fighting. It feels like the whole thing was already set up… but maybe that's just a feeling."
"…What?" Gaban said, tilting his head with his arms crossed. "Man, I don't really get what you're talking about. Anyway, what's our next goal, Captain? Where are we heading next?"
Roger paused for a moment. "Never mind," he said finally. "Maybe I'm just overthinking things."
Then his eyes widened slightly, as if something had just come back to him.
"Oh, right. How's Rayleigh?"
"Rayleigh?" Gaban answered immediately. "Well… he's probably pretty depressed right now. Not being able to find Shakky hit him hard. We still don't know where she is, so yeah, he's definitely stressed. He needs some time, i guess."
"I see," Roger said quietly.
He turned his face toward the sea, the wind blowing against him. For a brief moment, his expression became unreadable.

Deep within Mariejois, inside the Room of Flowers, Imu sat comfortably on a sofa.
Slurp.
He took a slow sip of tea while casually reading the newspaper reporting the fall of Rocks.
It had been a full day since the incident, and the news of Rocks' downfall had already spread across the entire world.
Imu lowered the paper and let out a long sigh.
Rocks' fall had been inevitable. Still, even after everything was done, Imu was not free.
…Sigh. I still have so much work to do. So many things need to change. I can't rely on those useless fools.
He sighed again.
And again.
Even though he now possessed everything, absolute authority, absolute control, he was still burdened with stress. He could do anything he wanted, yet he could never stop working. If he did, his own downfall would be guaranteed.
Sigh… Being the king of the world really isn't easy.
Imu was deep in thought when a voice suddenly called out to him.
"Imu-sama."
Vera approached quietly and bowed deeply.
"Hm? Yes," Imu replied, his tone calm and his expression neutral. "Do you have something to say?"
"Imu-sama," Vera said respectfully, "you asked me to remind you about your meeting with the Five Elders. They just contacted us. They also informed me that the King of Elbaf—King Harald—will be present."
"Oh?" Imu said softly. "Is it already time? I thought I had a little more time than that."
"Would you like to postpone or cancel the meeting, Imu-sama?" Vera asked carefully, sensing that her master might not be eager to attend.
"No need," Imu replied as he stood up from the sofa. "I was just thinking out loud. It's annoying, yes, but there's nothing I can do except attend. Besides, I'm the one who arranged this meeting. Cancelling it wouldn't look good."
