[ Calm belt ]
Two marine vessels sail across the barrier of current-free stretches of ocean boarding the South and North of the Grand Line.
Due to marine ships having hauls lined up with seastone to keep them off the radar of Sea Kings, the ship on the right is under the command of Admiral Akainu and his second in command Vice-Admiral Aramaki. The vessel on their left is under the command of Admiral Haiuma and his second in command Vice-Admiral Momousagi(Gion). Their subordinates are Vice-Admiral Doll, Vice-Admiral Smoker and Captain Tashigi... and Boa Hancock.
"I need a glass of wine, now." Boa Hancock demands as she sits on her giant snake, the serpent has white scales and orange spots and a blue mane and a skull on top of it.
"Why is she sitting on a snake?" Sonya side-eyes the dramatic woman.
"His name is Salome." Boa responds sharply. "He is a noble serpent with more value than any of you Navy dogs." Hancock corks her head back, not even bothering to look at these peasants.
Sonya clutches her Jitte tightly, she stomps over to the Warlord.
"Say that again. "
"Sonya."
"Mxm." The smoke woman floats away from the infuriating empress.
Ramos walks over to Hancock.
"Can you try to be respectful?"
"No."
"Princess..."
"Don't call me that!" Hancock hisses.
"Hisss!" Salome bares his teeth at Ramos.
"Is this how all Kuja communicate?" Ramos teases.
"No. We usually start by castrating you before spitting on your pathetic body." She clarifies.
"...That's terrifying. " Ramos gulps down.
She whips her hair back, purposely hiding her face from his view.
"I wish to end this conversation. "
"Just wait." Ramos raises his hands in a submissive gesture.
"You said, Ares Kidnapped your sisters right?"
"Yes." She responds.
"Is he a pirate?" Ramos questions.
Boa lets a sigh. "No. Ares is far from a mere pirate, he is an Olympian."
"Olympian?" Ramos ponders.
"Wait, like the extinct race?" Tashigi joins the conversation.
"I see someone is educated. " Hancock smirks.
"What are you talking about, Tashigi?" Ramos scratches his scalp.
"Sigh–you never did pay attention during classes huh?" Tashigi looks disappointed at her superior.
"Olympians are–"
"Olympians are a race originating from the Void Century. " Hancock interrupted Tashigi's explanation.
"Hey!" The glasses wearing Swordswoman pouts.
"Olympians are the original Nephilims of the Blue Planet, The sons of God. "
"Like Giants?" Sonya added.
"No, Giants are a separate race from Olympians, the Olympians were present before Elbaph became an independent nation. " Boa Hancock goes into detail.
"So they have been around for a millennium?"
"Correct. You might be familiar with Zeus, the God of Thunder. He is the All-father of Olympians, he rivals the Sun God himself. "
The ships became dead silent as she continues to speak about information not even the data base has recorded.
Gion clears her throat. "So your telling us Zeus is real and so is Mount Olympus?"
"Yes. " Hancock nods.
"Then why hasn't it been marked on any map of the Blues?" Doll presses the Empress.
"It's quite obvious, your government is petrified of them. " Hancock chuckles.
"Bull shxt!" Sonya curses.
"Oh-is it? " She turns her attention to the chain smoking marine.
"Olympians can match giants in strength and size, they are also more attuned to haki. Their military regime consists of 300 warriors known as Spartans, they alone can challenge a whole Yonko platoon."
The Marines eyes widened at Hancock's statement, no one dared to challenge her statements.
"So why did they capture your sisters? " Doll asked her.
"Not them, he did. Ares is Zeus's eldest child and Commander of the Spartans. "
"That doesn't answer my question. "
"Doll–" Gion warns.
"He wanted my hand in marriage." Boa interrupted Gion. Looking at the wooden floor as she forces herself to finish her explanation.
"About 2 years ago, Heracles came to my Island to announce to me that his brother is to be beloved. I refused such a a fate and turned him into a stone, returning him to his homeland on a trade ship that had no seastone linning ." She giggles at the memory.
"That's insane. " Sonya grins.
"At the time I found it hilarious. But alas my actions came back to haunt me. " She laments.
"Ares arrived yesterday, during sunset, a one man army decimated my warriors with ease before he snatched up my sisters and told me I have 3 days to accept his proposal or he will come back with his army and conquer my Island. " She grits her teeth.
"Look. I may have let my emotions get the best of me."
"Pfft–may? You basically declared war on us." Gion lashes out.
Boa winces at her words, glancing at Momousagi for a millisecond.
"This battle will not be easy. Your Fleet Admiral is heavily underestimating the strength of Olympians, this isn't Elbaph. They will capture us and do heinous things to us if we fail." Boa confesses.
"Ramos... promise me you won't fail?" Hancock pleads, her eyes had a desperate need for reassurance.
Ramos was taken back by her vulnerability, the weight of this moment fully settled into his empath nature.
'Damn it.' He groans at the sudden attack of negative emotions from Hancock.
His logia unlocked a new level of observation usage that made him more sensitive to others emotions in a similar manner to Fujitora, this is only effective when the person is emotionally vulnerable, allowing him to predict their actions but also carries the emotional backlash on his own mental state. Clearinghis thoughts, he focuses on her.
"I promise. " He gives her his word.
"Thank you." A tear fell down her delicate cheek, adding to her beauty.
Bang
The ship shakes at a sudden force.
"ADMIRAL HAIUMA!" A marine yells from the main mast.
"MONSTER!" Another marine screeches while pointing at the sea.
A massive form emerged from the ocean, a translucent Pistol Shrimp with candy cane themed segments on its body.
Crack
BOOM
A shock wave of high pressured water slams against Ramos's vessel, the ship shakes under the force, damaging the haul even with it's seastone modification.
"Aaahhhh!"
A few unlucky men fell into the ocean, consumed by the violent waves.
"Ramos!" Tashigi calls out his name as she jabs her blade into the hardwood floor.
"Tsk." Sonya turns her lower half into smokes as she snatches up Doll and Gion from falling over board.
Hina turns her hands into iron bars, attaching the metal to the main mast.
"HELP ME!" Hancock screeches out, as gravity pulls her down to the waiting waters.
Ramos acted quickly by turning his arms into clouds and rushing them over to catch Hancock and her snake.
"Eeep –" The Gorgan sister gasps as her back lands on a soft but wet object.
"Salome, are you okay?" She worries about her serpent.
"Hiss." Salome responds.
BOOM
Another shock wave hits Akainu's ship this time.
"What the hell is that!?" Aramaki attaches himself to the wood of the ship for balance, the few marines who tripped on his roots were drained of their life force to keep the Vice-Admiral upright.
"Ughhh!" The groans of seamen died into the carnivorous roots of Aramaki.
"Akainu uses Geppo to hover over the ship, looking at the Pistol shrimp destroying his vessel, he stretches out his right hand, channeling his magma abilities to aim a strike at the sea monster.
"We can have cooked shrimp for lunch. " He grumbles out.
WHOOOSSHH
"Huh?" Akainu's observation flares as it urges to him evade approaching danger.
"Urgggh –" The Admiral spat out blood as an arrow pierced his left shoulder, going clean through flesh.
"Akainu!" Aramaki gasps at his superiors state. "Impossible–huck!" Aramaki chokes out a breathless groan as an arrow pierced his abdomen, just about his intestines.
Thud
His devil fruit deactivated as he returned to human form, clutching the bleeding area.
"This is bad..." He chokes out the copper taste in his mouth.
Ramos's prognosis flashes him a future possibility of an arrow piercing his throat, killing him and before he bled out, he saw the lifeless bodies of Gion, Sonya, Tashigi and Hina with arrows through their skulls.
"No."
Bzzzzt
Ramos emits his conqueror's haki across the ocean to the Island a hundred metres(0.1 kilometres) away.
"Brfff!" Nerites shivers at the overwhelming haki pressing on its will.
"Impressive. " A female voice praises, hidden on top of a giant tree, she watches the guardian of Olympus falter under the waves of King haki.
"Ares, you brought trouble onto our land."
Rumble
Ramos's eyes turned azure blue, sparks flying around his eyes as his skin turns grey and his body transforms into a metre long stormcloud.
Floating over the scared Pistol Shrimp, Ramos's glowing eyes glare at the sea King.
"Raijin's arrow. " Ramos announces.
Lightning flashes around his cloudy form, the rumble of thunder getting more violent.
"Brfff" The Pistol shrimp dives underneath to escape the cloud but his speed was not enough to beat the lightning bolt.
Crackle
Ramos shoots a straight bolt of lightning into the ocean, chasing Nerites to the ocean's depths.
"BRRFFF!" The Pistol shrimp shrieks into the water as it's body is electrocuted by the high voltages made worse by the sea water.
Lichtenberg figures spread around it's scorching body, Nerites sinks to the depths of the ocean it once guarded.
"Phew–" Ramos morphs his upper half back to normal. Sweat drenched his forehead, the Admiral looks back at the Marine vessels, a few casualties including a groaning Akainu and Aramaki who is in bad condition.
