While Benjamin and his crush Laura were talking back in class, let's switch over to Ivan and Clard — the two idiots being escorted to the principal's office.
As they walked down the hallway with their teacher dragging them along, they started their usual thought communication.

**Ivan** *[BRO WHY DID YOU BRING ME TOO?!?! I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG!!]*
**Clard** *[Relax, bro. I'll handle it. I'm your sugar daddy]*
Clard made kissy faces toward Ivan.
Ivan nearly threw up on the floor, but Clard didn't notice and just kept walking confidently to their doom.
When they reached the principal's office, their teacher made them sit. The room was quiet — too quiet.
Principal Romeo sat with his back to them, staring dramatically out the window like he was in a movie. Arms crossed. Aura MAX level.
**Teacher:** "Sir Romeo, I have Clard and Ivan with me again…"
She sighed like this was the 500th time.
The principal slowly turned his chair around.
He propped his legs on the desk like a mafia boss.
**Principal Romeo:** "What did you two boys do this time?"
His tone was formal. His aura was menacing.
Ivan and Clard immediately shut up.
**Teacher Melinda:** "They talke—"
**Principal Romeo:** "I didn't ask you, Teacher Melinda. I'm asking *them.* I don't trust anyone except the people who actually did it."
He lowered his feet to the floor and sat properly. The room went dead silent.
Finally, Ivan gathered the courage to speak.
**Ivan:** "Sir Romeo, I didn't do anything to anger Miss Melinda. I was just a bystan—"
**Teacher Melinda:** "SIR HE'S LYING! IVAN WAS LAUGHING IN MY CLASS! I COULDN'T TOLERATE IT AND I SENT BOTH OF THEM TO THE PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE!"
She yelled so loudly the windows practically vibrated.
The principal stared at her. Menacingly.
He didn't say a word.
Melinda, feeling the pressure, quietly walked out of the office and hurried back to class like she just saw her life flash before her eyes.
Once she was gone, Principal Romeo finally looked at Ivan.
**Principal Romeo:** "Is that true?"
**Ivan:** "Yes… but I stopped the moment I noticed her looking. And that's not why I'm here. Clard said I told him a joke, which I didn't, and Melinda got mad at his attitude and dragged *both* of us here."
Principal Romeo sighed.
He rubbed his temples like he'd been dealing with these two for years.
**Principal Romeo:** "Just go back to class. Melinda's period is almost over and recess will start soon."
Ivan and Clard nodded, relieved, and left the office
before anything else could explode.
