Chapter 127 - Chapter 127

On this day, the Navy's new bounty notices were destined to go down in history. The pirates who received them would become world-famous overnight.

"Young Swordsman" El — 1,023,000,000 berries — Dead or Alive"Ghost Princess" Perona — 120,000,000 berries — Dead or Alive"Devil Child" Nico Robin — 100,000,000 berries — Dead or Alive

These were the bounties issued by Navy Headquarters for El and the two women.

The "Young Swordsman," who had vanished for three years, had reappeared—and his bounty had skyrocketed from 250 million to over 1 billion berries, on par with the top cadres of the Yonko.

But what shocked the world even more was the bounty posted alongside El and the others:

The World's Worst Devil Fruit Users — 1,000,000,000 berries — Dead or Alive

El and the five girls had all been issued bounties—six people in total—but only four posters existed. Kuina's bounty was no longer updated; instead, it was merged together with Carina and Nami into a single, unique bounty.

The photo on that poster showed three girls in red-and-white shrine maiden robes, in their Asura form. Beneath the photo were the words "Dead or Alive," followed by a title and a ten-digit figure.

There were no names—only the title "The World's Worst Devil Fruit Users." Perhaps even Navy Headquarters didn't know what to call the three girls in their Asura form.

Still, this wasn't the first time Navy Headquarters had done something like this.

Before them, there had already been a man whose name—more precisely, whose family name—was deliberately concealed by the Navy, despite being the son of the Marine hero.

That man was the leader of the Revolutionary Army, the central figure of the last Reverie's discussions:

"The World's Worst Criminal" — Dragon.

Even within the Revolutionary Army, very few people knew their leader's full name was Monkey D. Dragon.

But once someone bore the words "World's Worst," the name beneath the title hardly mattered. Across the seas, only the most dangerous criminals ever received such a designation—like the "World's Worst Criminal."

Another example was Douglas Bullet, who escaped from Impel Down and was known as "the Worst Fugitive in Impel Down's history."

Now, the title "The World's Worst Devil Fruit Users" was meant to tell the world exactly why the Navy had made an exception and created a special, one-of-a-kind poster for the three girls.

Beneath the ten-digit bounty, the Navy even included a brief dossier.

According to Headquarters' investigation, the purple-haired girl in the center was a Paramecia-type user of the Munch-Munch Fruit. Using her Devil Fruit ability, she broke the world's "rules" and combined with her two companions—becoming a one-of-a-kind, three-type Devil Fruit user unlike anything in recorded history.

As for her companions:

The girl on the right was "Lightning Sword Sorceress" Kuina from three years ago, a user of the strongest Logia-type Devil Fruit: the Rumble-Rumble Fruit.

The orange-haired girl on the left was a Logia-type user as well—the Flame-Flame Fruit.

When the three combined, it wasn't a simple fusion. Their physiques, Haki, and Devil Fruit powers were layered together into an entirely new body.

This entity was extremely dangerous. If you intend to hunt them, eliminate them before they can combine.

Without a doubt, this "special treatment" from Navy Headquarters stole El's spotlight—snatched away by his own "wings."

Even with Shiki's death and the reappearance of the Float-Float Fruit, El's threat level had only risen from a dangerous "Paradise rookie" to someone the New World couldn't afford to underestimate.

But as Sengoku had said—

No matter how dangerous El was, Shiki's "template" could still be seen in him.

The three girls in Asura form, however, had broken the rules of the world itself—monsters unlike anything ever witnessed.

After all, at this point in time, Blackbeard had not yet obtained the Dark-Dark Fruit and then the Quake-Quake Fruit to become a dual-Devil-Fruit user.

Even so, three girls using their abilities to become the most special Devil Fruit user in history—especially with a combination that included two high-level elements—was more than enough to seize the world's attention.

Morgan ran the three girls as the headline of the day. Even so, El's news still detonated across the globe.

"Shiki is dead?!"

"Another legend has fallen!"

"No way… A great pirate as famous as the Pirate King and Whitebeard is actually dead?!"

"Who's Shiki? Why haven't I heard that name?"

"He can fly freely."

"Idiot! The Float-Float Fruit isn't just about flying!"

"After more than ten years, the Float-Float Fruit has reappeared… Is the nightmare of falling islands going to begin again?"

"Why are there photos of massive tears in the sky?"

"What a joke—this looks like some natural phenomenon. So why did that bird-man slap it on the front page?!"

"After three years, his bounty jumped from 250 million to 1 billion… Is the Navy afraid of a second Shiki?"

"It's just a Devil Fruit. Isn't that a bit dramatic? If I'm not mistaken, he's only thirteen this year, right?"
