"Jonan," she said in a cold tone.

"Y-yes, mother!?" Jonan replied as he just noticed his mother standing that close to him.
"Where is Anya?"
"I do not know, but she's usually training with Raphael and the other household members!"
"B-but since you are here, I wanted to tell you something!"

"What is it?" She replied
"I met this one guy in the faction meeting."
"I know it may sound weird, but..."
"He looked just like you, but was a guy?" As Jonan said this, he noticed his mother had an unusual look on her face, one of a person who had just found the missing piece of a puzzle.
"...Where did you meet him?" She said in a serious tone.

"During the faction meeting, I fought against him in the mock battle."
"I see..." She simply replied, then told him to get Raphael and his sister Celcia to help him to find the man and that it was her orders.
"Uhh, okay, got it," Jonan replied as he commenced making his way towards the training grounds.
"Her reaction towards that man...."
"It feels like she's hiding something from me..." He thought as he continued walking.
Meanwhile, Adonis walked back out of the meat shop as he was going around buying food to cook, and as he walked back, he noticed that the path he took was oddly silent.
"I know it's currently nighttime, but this is a bit too quiet-" He said when suddenly daggers came flying at him from the shadows. Adonis quickly parried the flying daggers with his left hand, holding his bag of food with the other, as a group of masked swordsmen who claimed to work for Lady Grehas.
"Come on man, I literally just got meat from the store!"
"Can y'all do this another time-" Adonis said as one of the assassins swung at him with a dagger, resulting in the bag of food falling to the ground and spilling all over the floor.

"Never mind, you guys are dying tonight!"
