I took the file and the drug bag from him after looking through the drug I looked up.
"Is my grandson having insomnia? How long has he been on medication? Is he stressing himself?"
I felt a headache coming on, Dexter was always stressing his body, I opened the file and looked at it before my hands trembled slightly, my eyes widened.
"Oh gods... Lee... Is this... Is this true?"
I looked at the files holding it shakily as I read through it over and over again.
*Jenny Choi.... 20 years old... Test results, positive... Confirmed 4 weeks pregnant*
Just then the door opened and Dexter walked in.
"Boss... " Lee was about to say when I stood up.
"How could you not tell me? You are secretly having a girlfriend and now she's pregnant?!" I roared pointing a shaking hand at him.
"W.. What? What girlfriend, grandma I don't know what you're talking about"
"Don't lie to me, here is her file, how can you not tell me?! You want me not to know about my great grandchild?!".
I walked over to him holding the files and feeling a strong sense of indignation.
"Boss the thing is... Earlier at the hospital today... I met the... Girl…from one month ago, she's pregnant" Lee said to Dexter as his eyes widened.
"What are you saying Lee, what one month ago?" I dropped the file looking at Lee for explanation while Dexter grabbed the file.
"The thing is madam Li... Boss... A month ago was drugged and he... Slept with a girl and now she's... Pregnant"
My eyes widened in shock as I looked at Dexter, when he didn't say anything except stare at the file I knew it was true...
"So.. She's carrying my great grandchild"
I whispered and slowly broke into a smile and laughed.
"This is perfect, this is wonderful hahaha"
I laughed happily, feeling ecstatic.
"Grandma, why are you laughing? Are you okay?"
"Pftt.. You're the one who is not okay, of course I'm okay, very okay, I though you were gay it's so good that you still know how to be with a woman"
Lee coughed as Dexter's eyes widened.
"Grandma—"
"Peh, don't give me that, you've never once brought a woman home and avoid them like plague, it's good you know what I like, the girl looks like a very good girl as she didn't abort it, we have to bring them home, my great grandchild can't stay outside, I want the girl home"
"Grandma are you being serious?" there was a conflicted look in his eyes and I knew it was time to play my cards well.
"Of course... You're never home, I'm getting so old, I want to have my great grandchild, I need someone to be with me, or I'll die so early, you can't do this, even your parents were filial before they died, I took care of you all on my own... "
I sobbed playing the victim card.
"Alright grandma, we'll... We'll... Go find... Her"
Jenny's POV
"Happy birthday Johnny" I smiled giving him the little present as he took it.
We sat down in a restaurant just outside the amusement park.
"Here's my own gift too" Felicia gave him a present too.
"Thank you big sister, sister Felicia" Johnny said smiling as he opened the presents.
We sang a happy birthday together and blew the small cake as we celebrated together. I wore a sleeveless light blue lace knee length dress with my hair in a ponytail.
"Mm... Big Sister are you okay? You do kinda look pale, aren't you eating well?"
Felicia and I exchanged a glance as my hands subconsciously rested on my lower flat belly. "Of course I'm alright, school is only a bit stressful that's all, hurry up and eat okay? It's already late, and you have school tomorrow"
"Are you sure? Big sister"
"Of course she is fine, don't worry, with me around, nothing will happen to your sister"
Felicia said smiling.
After Johnny ate and we talked about his life and mom, he finally left home, I sat in the restaurant with Felicia and sighed softly, placing my hand on my belly. After that night I slept with the random stranger, I managed to used the card and pay some of my bills and was able to take care of myself, before I found out a week ago that I was pregnant with the child of the man. I didn't know how to contact him and I didn't want to abort either.
"Everything will be fine okay, the baby will be fine" Felicia said smiling.
Ever since Felicia found out about what I did, she threw a fit for 2 days before she finally calmed down and when she found out I was pregnant she comforted me, she was against abortion anyway and beside we still had a lot of money left from the card.
"We'll have to find a way to move out of the dorm soon and rent a place before you start showing, people's mouth can be so dirty" Felicia said as she slurpped on her ice-cream.
"Well I'm not showing yet, it's still 4 weeks, at least let's say after this semester, I might have to find a part time job, the money won't last forever and I want to use it for baby" I touched my belly softly with a small smile.
"You're already taking the characteristics of a mother huh?"
Just as we were talking 3 black cars pulled up in front of the restaurants, as I tilted my head to look at the strange cars, the doors opened as a bunch of bodyguards came down and then an old looking regal woman came down from the car and then....
My eyes widened as the spoon on my hand slowly fell to the floor seeing that familiar face.
"Jenny are you okay?" I heard Felicia voice in the background but I didn't move, just staring.
