He could tell that he was mostly fine, someone had done surgery and made sure he wouldn't die.

"So this is what you meant when you told him to get ready," Sanji said, to which Kairo would simply look at Zoro's sword, which was slowly turning black.
His ass did manage to subdue his inner self, did manage to beat the demon, and since the sword god was like Yonko commander tier, Zoro, who wasn't that far down that list—
Yes, Zoro wasn't far from that level.
Apart from the Straw Hats who had joined after the one-month training.
Most of them, with the exception of Chopper, would beat the Straw Hats of the original at this time.
Even Usopp would beat Thriller Bark Luffy.
Usopp, though right now, he was still pretty weak compared to the rest, still behind the Monster Trio, and Franky.
But that was it, after them, he was quite strong, he'd been working on tech, they were nice.
"The hell is happening, the ocean is rubber?" Franky said, watching as the ocean bounced like it was rubber.
"Is that Luffy's Conqueror's Haki?" Nami was beyond shocked, why was Luffy's Conqueror's Haki so potent?

Luffy's laughter echoed throughout Thriller Bark, the whole boat shook as the Straw Hat let out a bellowing laugh.

Though the seal seemed to be slowly cracking.
Kairo gritted his teeth.
He couldn't let Luffy destroy that seal, that would ruin all of his fucking plans.
You see, he was currently using Ace as fucking bait, he was sure since the World Government had raided his old house, they were aware that his clan could remove Devil Fruits from people, they didn't know how, they just knew they could do it.
And he had baited Imu for that reason, when Ace was going to get donuted, if the memory of that other soul was correct, he could make the perfect scene, make it seem like he was rescuing the future owner of the fruit.
And while the World Government bared their fangs at Ace, he would use this time to help Luffy master his fruit, and by the time they realized something was up—
It wouldn't matter anymore, since by the time they realized something was up, Luffy would have mastered Gear 5 and unlocked the next gear.
Nika was born from the forbidden sun, Nika wasn't all light, the full power of the fruit would be a use of both the light and dark side of the fruit.
He paused.
He didn't realize when it started, but he was now deadass focused on Luffy's growth, and slightly cared about the crew, like a tiny bit.
The seal in the sky was preventing Imu from sensing this shit, that was its sole purpose.
If Imu sensed Joyboy, shit would end terribly.
Luffy had probably lost control.

"The hell do you mean by that?" Sanji wanted answers, and Kairo simply said—
"He awakened before his body and soul aligned with his fruit, he is way too weak to handle the fruit's power and will right now..." he pointed at the burst of haki coming from Luffy.
"This is not Luffy."
So, Luffy had been fully taken over.
"Luffy...taken over?" Yeah, Nami wasn't having it, yet Sanji wasn't worried.
You see, mister walking dictionary wasn't sweating yet.
"So how does he get saved, I'm sure mister walking dictionary knows a way." The beef could not be that high.
Kairo would sigh before saying—
"Well, since it's recent, I can knock him out, and either place a seal or use Conqueror's Haki to suppress him."
Sanji raised an eyebrow at that.
"You have seals, then what are you waiting for, use it." Nami was really a good crewmate to have, but Kairo had a wry look.
"It's a special seal, while rare, I could have gotten one," his clan got slimed out a few years ago, meaning he didn't have any of those seals anymore, the World Government was probably abusing that shit, those bastards.
Which meant—
"My only current option is to beat him using Conqueror's Haki."
[Why does he sound so excited?]
That was the current thought of most people present, Kairo's voice was usually monotone, what could possibly have him so pumped for that?
