"So, you brought that thing with you… Kaizer!" The white-haired man, with a scar over his left eye, questioned the motive behind it all.
"I've had enough of all this. This world must be cleansed! Isn't your duty the same as mine, Reus?!" The red-eyed figure retorted, his fists clenching tightly.
"But not like this. You have caused innocent casualties." Reus answered calmly, gripping his spear.
A fierce wind howled, whipping their cloaks—opposing in color—around them. In the distance, the city of a ruined planet lay in silence, leaving nothing but rubble.
Reus stood his ground, staring intently at Kaizer.
"Bringing that into this world will only reopen the wounds of the past. You should know that!" His sharp gaze locked onto Kaizer.
"I don't care about the weak; I only care about the result!" Kaizer's body began to radiate a black and purple aura, his eyes narrowing.
"In that case, I will stop you. And I will bring you back to your senses!" Two backward-curving horns slowly emerged from Reus's head, followed by four detached wings. His breathing remained remarkably steady.
"With my Shadow Blade, I will destroy you, just as I destroyed them!" Kaizer slowly took flight as horns sprouted from his head, followed by two dark dragon wings.
"And with my Spear of Reflection, I will purify you. I will wake you up, Kaizer!" Reus's left eye revealed a white, four-pointed star pattern as he, too, took to the skies.
Amidst a city beyond recognition, they prepared to clash for their respective causes.
