Before the match started, I wanted to take a closer look at the players from our club. Out of the eleven players on the pitch, five were level 14 and six were level 15. After checking all of their statistics and football abilities, I realized that three of them were clearly better than the rest.
These players were:
Adam Wilson, wearing the number 8 shirt and playing as a central midfielder,
Benjamin Harris, wearing number 7 and playing on the right wing,
and Callum Price, wearing number 9 and playing as a striker.
I began to analyze each of them in more detail through the system.
---
Adam Wilson (Level 15)
Agility: 15
Strength: 15
Stamina: 16
Resistance: 15
Central Midfielder Position (Level 9)
Passing (Level 10)
Short Passing (Level 10)
Long Passing (Level 10)
Ball Control (Level 8)
Dribbling (Level 8)
Shooting (Level 7)
Long Shots (Level 9)
…
In football, the central midfielder is known as the heart of the game. For this reason, Adam Wilson plays a very important role in the team. Since he is usually the player who touches the ball the most, he also controls the direction of the game. While analyzing Adam, I noticed that his passing abilities were perfectly suited to this position. Being strong in both short and long passing significantly increases the team's attacking options.
After examining Adam a bit more, I moved on to Benjamin Harris.

Benjamin Harris (Level 15)
Agility: 16
Strength: 15
Stamina: 15
Resistance: 15
Left Wing Position (Level 9)
Acceleration (Level 10)
Dribbling (Level 9)
Passing (Level 12)
Finishing (Level 7)
Shooting (Level 7)
Ball Control (Level 7)
…
Benjamin's physical attributes were slightly better than most players on the pitch, but what truly made him stand out were his football skills. Compared to others, he had more noticeable abilities and possessed many of the key strengths required for a left winger.
After realizing that Benjamin was one of the best players on the field, I was even more surprised by Liam. Despite being a year younger than Benjamin, his abilities were almost at the same level. In fact, he was even better in acceleration and dribbling.
Once I finished analyzing Benjamin, I turned my attention to Callum Price's profile.

Callum Price (Level 15)
Agility: 14
Strength: 16
Stamina: 15
Resistance: 15
Striker Position (Level 10)
Shooting (Level 11)
Acceleration (Level 9)
Heading (Level 6)
Finishing (Level 11)
Shot Accuracy (Level 10)
Aerial Dominance (Level 7)
Positioning (Level 11)
Composure (Level 11)
Callum Price clearly stood out as the player with the best overall attributes on the pitch. With most of his skills being level 10 or higher, he was undoubtedly the best player on the team. He must have proven his abilities to the club as well, as he was given the captain's armband. The only area where George was better than Callum was aerial duels.
After spending some more time reviewing the players, I focused on the most important position for me: left back. I opened the profile of the player assigned to that position.
---
Dylan Scoot (Level 14)
Agility: 14
Strength: 14
Stamina: 14
Resistance: 14
Left Center Back Position (Level 7)
Tackling (Level 9)
Blocking (Level 8)
Interceptions (Level 8)
Marking (Level 8)
Clearance (Level 8)
…
When I looked at Dylan Scoot's statistics, I was quite surprised. Although his overall level was decent, he did not have the attributes expected from a natural left back. His center-back skills were strong, but he lacked important qualities for a left back such as crossing, acceleration, and dribbling.
Since his secondary position was defensive midfielder, all of his attributes had developed in a more defensive direction. At that moment, I understood why the team had signed me as an exception. Especially after Liam joined the squad, the club wanted a stronger left back. With my development, they believed they could achieve this goal and allow Liam to perform better on the left wing.
After taking one final look at everyone's levels, the referee blew the whistle, and the match began.
