I open my eyes to see a black emptieness and there is a white glowing figure standing with the confidence of a conqueror.
Its face was barely visible covered with the same light as the rest of its body. After gazing at the glowing figure for awhile I snap out of my amazment start saying " so this is the afterlife it is kinda bland and..." Until the glowing figure starts to talk, rudely interrupting me " this is not the afterlife it is your soul." Its voice was very familiar, almost comforting, as if I had heard this voice before. "Aaron you have lost many memories and gained many more" I stood there utter baffle of hearing it talk to me. Now I had watch anime and read even more manga, so I knew that this was how isekai anime started. "Who are you" as I said that, I swear I saw a look of sadness flood across the face of the giant glowing figure. "Ah so you forgotten about me too."
As I was about to say something the figure pointes it's finger out to touch my forehead. As it made contact a stinging pain 10 times worse then the pain of getting struck by the semi-truck started to reverberate thoughout my head, as memories flood into my head. Memories of another world, of blood shed , of pain, and of loss. After what felt like 5 hours I get off the floor crying and look up to see the figure as finally revealed its face. The figure was a woman. In fact it was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. Scars scratched along her face and arms however that did not effect her beauty one bit. " Erica is that you" I say that trying not to cry. The memories I had received were of a world of magic, manga, swords, aura, and super human powers that can control the world, and I was the hero of that world. In the memories Erica was my best friend and the most special person to me we weren't dating but I loved her but she didn't feel the same way and I was fine with that. As long as she was beside me I was happy.
I also remembered all the pain I had to go through to safe the world. However only 1% of the human world survived. I had to die in order to save it and I was sent over to Earth, however I had lost my memory and lived a boring life.
As I recall everything and set it in place and proper time. I look up and ask Erica " Erica why have you called me here again. I had saved the world already. You as the world's best spell caster you should be rebuilting the human race." She looks away with a face riddled with guilt and I see her try not to cry. "Aaron we have failed. The last 1% of the human race slowly started to starve to death as the great war had left it Baron and unfarmable. We all slowly died and I couldn't do anything about it." I glare at her as I feel my blood boiling and shout " I HAD TO SACRIFICE MY LIFE IN ORDER TO CLOSE THE GREAT GATE AND YOUR TELLING ME MEAR HUNGER WAS THE FINALE NAIL IN THE HUMAN RACES COFFIN"
as I yell I remember my new life on earth and calm down and think to my self " I'm really am a hot head aren't I" as look up to see Erica crying " I'm sorry, I failed your sacrifice was for nothing" as I start to feel long forgotten feelings resurface and I start to feel bad for making her cry "Erica I'm sorry for shouting please forgive me. However I'm still wondering why you have called be back for as I had died twice already and I'm ready to rest" she looks at me with horror "Aaron you can not rest yet." I start to feel my anger rising again but I calm it down before it can come out " and why is that Erica"

As she was talking her face became panicked "Aaron the Grace period is almost over you must rebirth. I'm sorry but you must restart from the beginning. You must find all of us and get us 10 times stronger so that you.dont have to die and we can save more people." As she talks her voice slowly starts to become more and more distorted " Aaron ... You... Must ... Save ... World...don't fail" soon after I stopped hearing her completely and see a white light.
