Chapter 108 - Chapter 108: Mortal, Accept Your Fate

BOOOOOOM—!!!!!

A streak of golden light sliced through the chaos like a blade splitting the heavens, crossing tens of thousands of light-years in a heartbeat.

Frieza had pushed his speed so far that even the concept of time couldn't keep up.

His fist—wrapped in flowing liquid gold—carried enough raw kinetic force to shatter entire dimensions.

He drove it straight into the colossal figure that filled half the void: Eternity.

"If you're the chairman of the board, then you're first on my list!"

"Break for me!!!"

KABOOM!!!!!

A deep, bone-rattling explosion ripped through the emptiness.

Frieza felt like his punch had sunk into an endless swamp.

Or maybe a nebula with no solid form at all.

Eternity's body—made of billions of stars—barely rippled under the impact.

Countless stars inside him winked out in an instant, galaxies crumbled to dust from the shockwave alone.

But for a being as impossibly vast as Eternity?

It was like tossing a pebble into the ocean.

A splash, sure. But the ocean was still the ocean.

"Hm?"

Frieza hovered there, staring at the still-brilliant, slowly swirling starfield skin in front of him. His brow furrowed.

"That felt wrong."

"Way too soft. Like punching a cloud."

"Is this really all the 'universe itself' has to offer?"

"Mortal."

Eternity's voice echoed again.

Not from any mouth, but from everywhere—from every particle, every beam of light.

"You are fighting the universe itself."

"Your fists are strong, yes. But can you shatter the void? Can you strike a concept?"

"I am space. I am time."

"You struggle inside my body—how could you ever harm me?"

As the words faded, the space around Frieza warped in impossible ways.

Empty nothingness suddenly hardened into chains.

The laws of the universe squeezed him.

Gravity flipped, fundamental forces rewrote themselves.

Frieza felt like he'd been sealed inside amber that was still hardening—lifting a single finger meant pushing against the mass of the entire cosmos.

"So this is suppression on the level of universal laws?"

"Not bad."

Frieza didn't panic. If anything, a wild, arrogant grin spread across his face.

"But…"

"I absolutely hate this sticky, clingy crap!"

"Get—OFF—ME!!!"

BOOOOOOM!!!!!

Golden flames erupted from him like a volcano blowing its top.

His full, unfathomable power—off the charts—unleashed without holding back.

CRACK! CRACK!

The spatial laws trying to cage him shattered like cheap glass under that overwhelming, tyrannical force.

"Screw your rules!"

"Screw your concepts!"

Frieza turned into a golden lightning bolt and charged Eternity again.

"If your power is big enough, you can punch straight through cause and effect!"

"That's my truth, Frieza's truth!"

Whoosh-whoosh-whoosh-whoosh—!

Afterimages blurred around Eternity's massive form—movement thousands of times faster than light.

In a single second, Frieza threw hundreds of millions of punches.

Every strike carried galaxy-busting energy.

Every kick could cave in a black hole.

BOOM-BOOM-BOOM—!

Eternity's once-calm star-map body churned like a painting thrown into a blender—shattered, chaotic.

Stars screamed as they died. Galaxies collapsed.

Even the giant face made of nebulae got half its features blasted away by a point-blank energy wave.

"Oh ho ho ho ho…"

"How's that feel? Hurts, doesn't it?"

Frieza floated in the wreckage of shattered star clouds, breathing hard but grinning like a demon.

"That's the power of the 'mortal' you all looked down on!"

And yet…

Just when Frieza thought he had the upper hand…

The scattered nebula began to pull itself back together—slowly, inevitably—guided by some incomprehensible force.

Dead stars reignited.

Collapsed galaxies reformed.

In mere moments…

Eternity stood whole again.

Unscratched.

Not even a flicker of weakness.

"Futile."

Eternity's voice remained ice-cold, as if the apocalyptic beating had been nothing more than a breeze across water.

"As long as the universe exists, I cannot perish."

"Your power is indeed great—greater than most Celestials."

"But you still attack a conceptual being with mere physical force."

"It is as foolish as trying to cut water with a sword."

Frieza's grin finally froze.

For the first time, a flash of real irritation crossed those crimson eyes.

"Tch…"

He shook out his slightly sore arms.

"This guy's made of slime or what?"

"No matter how hard I hit, he just won't stay down?"

He could feel it—every blow had done damage.

But to something Eternity's size, it was less than a scratch.

And the regeneration speed? Completely unfair.

So this is what makes conceptual gods so disgusting?

"And…"

Frieza glanced at his own body.

Even with Golden form active…

In this special dimension built by the four cosmic entities…

His energy was draining at an alarming rate.

The constant pressure from the universal laws felt like running a marathon with a planet strapped to his back.

Even he was starting to feel the strain.

"So this is the limit of Golden form?"

Frieza's brows knitted together, irritation rising.

"Without cheating with those stones…"

"Just using this body, taking this guy apart would probably take until the heat death of the universe."

That didn't sit right with him.

He wanted overwhelming domination—total, effortless control.

Not some blue-collar slugfest against a living nebula!

At the edge of the battlefield…

The other three cosmic beings watched coldly, expressions saying "told you so."

"See?" Infinity's golden silhouette shimmered, voice dripping with disdain.

"Physical power always has limits."

"He may wield enough energy to destroy a single universe, but he has no idea how to wield laws."

"He's a barbarian swinging a nuke like a club."

Death's empty eye sockets flickered with ghostly fire.

"His soul is burning. His stamina is fading."

"And Eternity is endless."

"The outcome was decided from the start."

Eternity's nihilistic voice delivered the death sentence.

"When his energy runs dry, the void will swallow him."

"We don't even need to lift a finger."

"Eternity alone is enough to suppress—and eventually erase—this arrogant anomaly."

In the eyes of the cosmic gods…

That golden figure raging inside Eternity's body, fierce as he looked…

Was nothing more than a moth caught in a spider's web.

The harder it struggled, the faster it died.

The tide seemed to have turned decisively.

At the center of the encirclement…

Frieza finally stopped attacking.

He hovered in front of Eternity's vast starry chest, head slightly bowed, expression unreadable.

The golden glow on his skin seemed just a little dimmer.

"Have you given up?"

Eternity's immense voice rang out, heavy with judgment.

"Mortal, accept your fate."

"Surrender the stones. Return to dust. That is your final destination."
