Allyson's POV
My breath escaped in a trembling rush, lips forming a knowing smile.
"I assumed you enjoyed my little challenges."
Michael's low laugh rumbled through his chest, the sound making my pulse skip before he buried his face in the curve of my neck.
"You have absolutely no clue how much," he whispered against my skin, his tongue tracing the delicate area beneath my earlobe.
My body responded instantly, arching toward him without permission. His intoxicating scent enveloped me completely - masculine, crisp, with hints of cedar - making my thoughts scatter like leaves in the wind.
"Your scent drives me wild," he murmured, his nose following the line of my throat as if memorizing every inch. "Do you understand what that does to me?"
"Show me."
His tongue swept across the exposed skin above my neckline, igniting a blazing trail of heat throughout my entire being.
"It makes me crave every part of you."
