"I have already called the police, they will come soon." The boy says as he look back, the attack of Demise has created a rift on the sky making the rain stop. "My name is Ryuji what's your?" Ryuji take of his hoodie reveals his handsome face, combine with his golden eyes and black hair add a mystery charm.
"Nistro, she's Dextra." Nistro response while looking at Ryuji warily.
Ryuji didn't bother with Nistro tone and continue: "Look at your clothes you two are homeless, doesn't it? How about going back with me, I am living at an orphanage not far away."
Hearing the offer Nistro was about to refuse, although Ryuji has saved both him and Dextra but that doesn't make he less wary of Ryuji. He has experience too much ugliness of this world as an orphan to trust people easily.
Nistro was about to refuse but then a tiny hand pulls his hand, he turns his head to look at Dextra. She looks at him calmly "There's no need for him to lie, with that kind of power he can take us away forcefully."
Nistro want to argue but found no reason, he then turns to Ryuji "As long as your place have enough food for us then we will go with you."
"That's no problem at all. Our orphanage has a huge sponsor so there's no need for you two to worry about food, but you might have to share your room with others, is that a problem?" Ryuji ask as he rise his hand, offered a handshake.
Nistro quickly took it "No problem! But please wait a moment." Nistro quickly run at the location of the unconscious leader and pick up his baton and start going around hitting every member of the kidnappers with it.
Ryuji and Dextra stand at the side watching he get his revenge with a wide smile. Ryuji took a glance at the moon about and raise his hand toward Dextra.
"It's getting late, let's go home."

Dextra look dazed at Ryuji hand before her face, she didn't know when he came next to her, but she didn't ask and took it firmly. "Let's go home!"

Not far from Ryuji group, Mr.Heartland stand next to his office window watching the duel. Beside him stand a man, a hologram of a man to be specific. He is no other than Dr.Faker, the mastermind behind Mr.Heartland.
Mr.Heartland start the conversation with a smile. "What do you think of think of this child? I believe if we give him a proper training then he would surpass every duelist in this world. He may even be compared to Kaito!" He says with excitement write all over his face.
Dr.Faker give a side glance at Mr.Heartland "I admit that he has a great talent, but right now we're not in such state to force an 8 year old kid to training, bring three of them to my lap when they enter your academy." After that the hologram turns off leaving only Mr.Heartland in the room.
He was not surprised by Dr.Faker decision, although Dr.Faker have a villainous face and did many illegals experience but deep inside he really loves children, the whole city is built to help poor children and for them to play freely.
Among every antagonist of Yu-Gi-Oh series, Dr.Faker is one of the most respectable persons, his reason to do bad thing is for his son and not ambitious like other.

' It's almost complete, are you two excited?' Holding a card on his hand, Ryuji asked the two spirits in his mind. Dolkka and Laggia let out a low roar showing their excitement.
The card Ryuji holding although missing its effect text and almost transparent, but the name and imagine of the monster is still clear; [Evolzar Solda].
After a long time of absorb duel energy, Dolkka and Laggia are able to create a new card of their archetypes, the only bad thing is it's required a lot to create a monster with higher rank than them and they can't control which one they will create. Luckily both remain Evolzar are all powerful, so Ryuji is satisfied no matter what Evolzar he'll get, and the cherry on top is that the monster create using dual energy is guaranteed to awaken a spirit of its own.
The reason why it took him two years and still not able to create a new Evolzar until now is because he has to awake Demise spirit. For some stupid reason it took him a year and half to awake it. 'The past me is a big liar! Nearly awake my ass!'
So, he actually starts to gather duel energy to create new card for only half a year, the main reason why it's so slow is because his opponents are too weak. The battle he just has with Nistro and Dextra make up for the energy he has to gather for a whole month.
"Hey, how about today we eat out?" Ahead of him, Nistro suggest a dinner outside, most of the time they eat at home with Ryuji as the main chef. Dextra is currently learning and Nistro is all eating no cooking.
"Good idea, I'm tired so I don't want to cook today. What are you two want?" Ryuji agree with Nistro idea and ask the two for which food they want.
The two shake their head can't decide which food they want so they decide to go around the city first to choose the food they want. Ryuji take out his phone and call their private driver, because they're still young so Mr.Heartland prepare a private driver for them.
It took 15 minutes for them to reach the Food Street; they get of the card and start walking around to see if there's anything they want. Barbecue, Ramen, Udon, Tonkatsu... Many different restaurant but none catch their attention, just as three of them about to go past a sushi restaurant Ryuji eyes glance at the banner.

Ryuji stop on the spot, then he pulls both Dextra and Nistro into the restaurant. "It's been so long since the last time we eat sushi, doesn't it? Today we will eat sushi!" Ryuji say with clear excited in his voice which make Dextra and Nistro a little confused.
'Doesn't he hate raw food the most, why suddenly take us to eat sushi now?' They both looking at each other for an answer but no clue.
Before going into the restaurant, three of them go wash their hand first, after sitting at the table, Ryuji hand the menu to Dextra. Then he calls for the waitress "Two suship challenge please." He said, point at himself and Nistro.
The waitress is a little surprised "Are you sure? The amount is enough for two adults to eat."
Ryuji nod, confirm his choice. After the waitress leave, Nistro turn to his and ask in confused. "You take us with you just to attend a challenge? Also, why did you make me take the challenge as well?"
"My dear brother, help me this time, I really want the card they offer. If you agree then I will be gentle with you in the next exam." Ryuji say while put an arm around Nistro shouder.
Nistro quickly push his arm away in anger. "Who need you to hold back, next time I will definitely defeat you!"
Dextra watch the two talking with each other and order her food. Then she continues to watch Ryuji, completely ignore Nistro as if he doesn't exist. If her eyes become pie chart then that will be 70% love, 20% devote and 10% obsessed.
Ryuji feel a little weird seeing her like that; 'Show me her corrupted point.' A blue screen silently appears before him.

Just as Ryuji complained about the god condition to get the reward, the waitress along with a chef bring two small wooden ship full of sushi to the table. "This is your order, you both have 30 minutes to eat everything, tell me when you both ready."
There are total of 60 pieces of sushi with three different toppings: sea urchin, icefish and salmon eggs. Each toppings have 20 pieces with half white rice half red rice. 'Every recipe of this meal is a part of suship deck, no wonder it's called suship challenge.'
Ryuji turn to Nistro with a smirk "Let's see who finish faster. You are already losing on a duel so don't lose this time, it'll be very embarrassed. Oh wait! You already lose too much I don't you feel ashamed anymore."
Then he takes a piece of sushi and dip it in Shoyu wasabi (soy sauce mix with wasabi), completely ignore the fuming Nistro besides him. Dextra also dig in her food while watching the boy competition, she orders 10 pieces of sushi and a cup of green tea.
Not long after the results were clear. Nistro: 17 minutes 56 second. Ryuji: 22 minutes 32 second. Nistro stand proud with his chin lift high. Ryuji does not disappoint in the slighted, he lightly pat Nistro shouder. "I admit defeated, Nistro, you have done it faster than me. I declare you are the fastest men alive!"
Leaving the dumfounded Nistro and the laughing staff behind, Ryuji go with the waitress to receive his reward. Since Nistro isn't interested and give his reward to Ryuji so he can take 2 cards for himself.

The time skip will happen a lot in the future chapter since there's not much to write about in the current timeline, and the main timeline is still 11 years away. (Yuma age at the start of anime is 13 while Dextra is 19)
From now on the waifu card will start to appear and the total number of waifu card MC will have in the future is definitely 10+ or even 20+
