Chapter 3 - Chapter 3 : The beginning of Malachi 3.

The two kiss passionately. Their tongues clash and their breaths intertwine. It was viscous and warm.

Malachi felt better despite the memory loss he believed he had. Jade was the one who gave him enough comfort through her kisses. But this moment of tranquility that Malachi was currently feeling would not last at all. For at the moment when the carnal act was about to begin, Jade disappeared from reality. Malachi did not understand what had happened.

Why was Malachi drooling? He did not know.

He was in a complete illusion and did not know how to break free from it. He no longer remembered Jade, yet he still felt that emptiness in his mind. Then, by thinking very hard, he saw a silhouette in his mind. This girl was very beautiful, as beautiful as anything he had ever seen. She was his girlfriend.

Malachi began to speak: "Jade…" and he whispered that name. He recalled a fragment of information; that information defied reality and embedded itself into Malachi's mind and heart.

In this world, or at least what remained of it, Malachi remembered the nickname of his beloved. The one with whom he experienced his first time and felt emotional attraction. It was Jade.

But aside from Jade, Malachi could not remember anything else that had been erased. He thought again and again, but nothing. Jade was the only existence still anchored in his mind.

To be exact, she should not even exist within Malachi. Jade should have disappeared like everyone else, whether physically or even from Malachi's memory. Everything she left in this world should have vanished. She had been cast outside of time and no longer existed within it. Everything about her had been erased.

Yet Malachi remembered Jade. What was the cause of it?

In the legendary library, where the thing that could be described as God resided, one could always hear its soundless laughter.

Then, for the first time, it spoke: "Kufufufu, he is very beautiful. Since my appearance, I have never seen anything so beautiful. Even the Garden of Eden is but a pale copy of this individual named Malachi."

Malachi was still stunned by what was happening. Tears flowed from his eyes, but he could not pay attention to them. Yet it was the first time Malachi had felt such an emotion: sadness.

Malachi left the restroom and the "Seventh Heaven" and got on his motorcycle. He could no longer see anyone, whether in the club or outside. It was lifeless. The buildings themselves were slowly fading, but Malachi did not notice. He drove at a crazy speed, exceeding 200 kilometers per hour.

Elsewhere, everything was fading: Asia, Africa, America, Australia, Europe, islands and islets all disappeared from the world map. The blue planet was nothing more than a blue sphere where the city of New Orleans floated.

Malachi traveled through the city at night on his motorcycle but found no one. Malachi was alone. The only being on this planet. His parents had disappeared, and he no longer even remembered them. Malachi had forgotten what reproduction was, because at that moment he did not even know where he came from or how he had been created. Malachi no longer understood the concepts of humanity or society, because he was alone.

As time passed, the sun, the moon, the stars, and all galaxies disappeared. The blue planet was the only thing left in the interstellar void of space. Life was no longer a question—it too was dying. Malachi was sitting on the ground. Suddenly, his lungs hurt. It was the sign of the absence of air. The air had also disappeared. Malachi only knew one thing: "Malachi and Jade." And nothing else.

His eyes narrowed as he ran out of breath. After leaving his motorcycle to sit near a tree in the park, he convulsed. The lack of air was truly unbearable, and eventually, he stopped struggling. Malachi's end had come.

Finally, Malachi's world—at least what remained of it—disappeared. There was nothing left. Not even Malachi's body.

Above the heavens and all material structures resided the library where every story is written. The luminous figure was reading a book bearing Malachi's name.

Every person, or rather everything that is physically composed, possesses a story through the flow of time. And each story is written in a book dedicated to it. When the being of light finished a book, it gradually disappeared from the timeline. As a result, everything fades—the timeline itself.

"Interesting, it has been a long time since a being of this magnitude has not come," said the luminous being. It continued its rambling: "He was born human and died human. At least, that is true for his physical and astral body. But why do I still feel his presence somewhere?"

Indeed, Malachi had disappeared from all time and space, yet remnants of his existence still remained. This meant that these remnants defied the physical framework and completely disregarded the material plane. It was the advent of a King.
