β·β¦; welcome β
The wind blew hard during the day, blowing her long black hair. The sound of the waves lapping in unison seemed to play a random melody, making a girl open her eyes from the peaceful sea air.
"Geo..." she whispered.
"What should I do, Geo?" she muttered.
"I want to give up! But can I?" she asked someone.
She stood there for a long time, realizing the blazing sun was glaring at her. Finally, she started walking and leaving the beach area.
Her name was Zevanya Caroline Amor Delton, a law student, just turning twenty. She walked out of the beach area and headed to a black car parked elegantly there. After that, she got into her black car and headed to her campus. She was supposed to be studying like a college student, but instead, she skipped class and went to the beach.
Upon arriving at the large campus with the name "Binatara University." Vanya parked her car in the parking lot and got out, wearing clear sunglasses. Instead of entering the campus area, she turned and headed to the cafe area.
Why?
Well, to eat, what else?
The cafe bell rang, as if signaling the arrival of a guest. The cafe attendant, always ready at the door, greeted the customer and said, "Welcome to the cafe shop." "Sis," said a female bodyguard with her trademark sweet smile.
Vanya, who was greeted by her, could only nod and smile faintly in response. After that, Vanya scanned the cafe area for a suitable spot. Her eyes landed on a bench near the window, her favorite spot, and she headed there.
After sitting down, a female waitress approached Vanya.
"Excuse me, Miss. Please look at the menu and decide what you want," she said politely.
Vanya said her order without looking at it.
"I'd like potato wedges and one milk tea, that's all," Vanya said, looking at the woman.
"Okay, Miss." She waited. After taking notes, the waitress left, leaving Vanya alone.
Vanya looked around the cafe again. It was apparently quite busy, and the staff were quite exhausted from dealing with the customers.
As Vanya was about to look out the window, she saw a couple eating. Their table was five tables away from hers, and Vanya continued to watch them. The couple ate, feeding each other, laughing at something funny, unaware that they were now the center of attention. Some people who saw them would bite their fingers because of the romance, while others would want the same thing, as if they were the main characters in a story while everyone else was just a supporting role. The story goes.
Only one person disliked the romance, Vanya. Well, Vanya didn't like it, to be honest, she really hated their relationship. But what could she do? There was no way she could go there and ruin the romance and be branded as bad, and that wouldn't be good. Unable to bear the sight, Vanya stood up from her chair and walked to the receptionist, put down three red bills, and left the cafe area without saying a word.
"I'm crazy," she said, walking back to her car.
