Chapter 98 - Er Kang: "Damn Author! Die!"

"Why did the Star-Swallowing Whale suddenly become like this? Did one of you feed it a combat tutorial videotape?"

Matt scratched his head, his huge face filled with confusion.

"It couldn't have been me, I've been completely focused on my photography art!"

Jesse immediately raised his hands, gesturing to the camera screen he was operating.

"See, the lens is very steady, it hasn't cut away at all!"

"I'm not that bored."

Zane, holding his thunder hammer, denied it coldly, then added,

"Besides, Elliot, that idiot, couldn't have either, otherwise, he wouldn't have been screaming after a combo attack, almost turning his mech into a eunuch."

the quartet (including Elliot, who was still rubbing his indescribable parts in the comms channel) fell silent for three seconds, then, as if by enlightenment, they roared in unison towards the Akasha:

"It's that damned Dog Author—!!!"

"Dog Author! Making something out of nothing, huh! Too much free time, huh! Go to hell (die)—!!!"

Elliot's resentment pierced the heavens; the water walker blue suddenly raised its massive mechanical arm, actually tearing through the barriers of space and time, and slapped across the long "River of Time"!

The next second, a unlucky author in the real world, who was diligently typing away, was directly smacked flying by a giant mechanical hand that appeared out of thin air, turning into a star in the sky.

The water walker blue's hand accurately caught the phone that was free-falling because the author had flown away, and its fingers flexibly (and ridiculously) began typing on the screen with one hand!

"Alright! Plot revised! Take this, my ultimate move! I'm the protagonist!"

Elliot excitedly controlled the water walker blue with one hand.

On the screen, the water walker blue did a Carp Jump (ignoring the fatal crotch shot from earlier), kicking the Star-Swallowing Whale, which was still in a "Monkey Steals Peaches" finishing pose, far away.

It stood steadily, and a flash of light appeared in its hand, revealing a giant scythe entwined with endless water waves and destructive aura!

The perspective zoomed out sharply! Zoomed out rapidly!

Teyvat Continent became a small dot, the surrounding planets turned into a background, countless world bubbles emerged like soap bubbles... Finally, at the vast and boundless cosmic scale, only the colossal figure of the water walker blue remained, towering to the heavens (and overflowing with chuunibyo tendencies)!

"End this! Annihilation Star Slash—!" (Elliot's self-dubbed sound effect)

As the water walker blue swung the scythe in its hand, an indescribable wave of destruction Swirled out, and all the surrounding world bubbles, planetary backdrops... like being erased by an eraser, silently collapsed and dissipated!

"Hahahaha! Did you see that! I'm incredibly handsome! Hahahaha!"

Elliot excitedly opened the cockpit, jumped onto the water walker blue's head, put his hands on his hips, and laughed wildly at the sky, completely oblivious to Zane, who had appeared behind him at some point and had already condensed terrifying thunder light, and the thunder hammer poised in his hand.

"Bang—!!!"

"Ouch ah ah ah ah ah ah—!!!" (Elliot's screams × N)

"Are you trying to die?! Who told you to mess with the script and make such a grand scene! What if the budget explodes! Who's responsible if the logic breaks down!!!"

Zane roared while using his thunder hammer to "physical plot correction" Elliot, literally beating him into a living "foldable screen."

After beating him, Zane picked up the phone that had fallen to the ground and, with a dark expression, quickly began deleting the modifications.

"Destroying world bubbles? Giving you too much credit! Change it to 'water walker blue instantly teleports, one-shots the Star-Swallowing Whale,' that's it! Simple and brutal!"

After the modifications were complete, Zane casually tossed the phone across the River of Time, precisely hitting the original author, who had just crawled back, dizzy and disoriented, on the head.

(Real world: Original author: "Ouch! Who hit me?... Hmm? How did the plot continue on its own?")

...And in that strange space, Skirk, who had just recovered from her shock, looked at the Star-Swallowing Whale in the distance, which seemed to have been beaten by an invisible giant hand, now covered in huge bumps, seeing stars, and completely losing its will, slumped there. A series of huge question marks appeared above her head.

From her perspective, everything that had just happened was incomprehensible: the blue shark mech suddenly seemed to have cheated, kicking the whale away, then seemed to lag for a moment, instantly appearing behind the whale, and then... the whale was gone?! One-shotted?! Did it skip some important process in between?!

"Crack! Crack!"

A series of teeth-grinding sounds of cracking knuckles suddenly rang out behind her.

Skirk instantly felt a chill run up her spine to the top of her head, her entire body tensed, and cold sweat immediately poured down.

She stiffly, little by little, turned her head.

Jesse had appeared behind her at some unknown point, now rubbing his hands together, a brilliant (and dangerous) smile on his face, as if to say, "Finally, it's my turn."

Skirk's battle-hardened sixth sense was screaming: give up, can't win, can't escape!

But being the disciple of the Extremely Evil Rider (and a little bit of wishful thinking) made her unwilling to sit idly by!

"Hmph! Playing tricks!"

Skirk's eyes sharpened, and she revealed her twin blades! Her aura reached its peak!

Skirk charged!

Skirk attacked!

Skirk conceded!

The process? There was no process!

Jesse's figure blurred for a moment, as if he had just yawned and stretched.

The next second, Skirk found herself hog-tied, with a rag of unknown origin stuffed in her mouth, a fresh bump on her head, lying on the ground, questioning life.

Jesse clapped his hands and gave a "done" gesture towards the submarine: "That's a wrap! Next dungeon!"
