Naruto ignored Shizune completely. Golden portals blinked open in front of every leader at the table—including Danzō. From each portal, a small blue orb dropped into their hands. Marble-sized. Wrapped in swirling blue aura.
Naruto spoke evenly. "Stardust Pills. Temporary super-shinobi enhancement. It boosts chakra capacity and physical strength for four straight days."
Danzō's eyes narrowed. "We already possess military ration pills. Those are reserved for war and extended missions. What you offer is mediocre ."
Naruto tilted his head slightly. "That's the common misunderstanding. Your cheap products only restore blood and nutrients."
His golden eyes hardened. "Mine tips the scale. Not by much—but enough to change the outcome when war actually happens."
Tsunade leaned forward slightly. "By how much does this Stardust Pill really enhance someone?"
Naruto answered without hesitation. "Three times your current output. And it fully restores your chakra for one time per day —until the effect ends."
Before anyone could stop him, A the Raikage lifted the pill and swallowed it dry.
Amai jolted upright. "Raikage-sama, that's too reckless! We don't know the side effects!"
A violent surge of blue chakra erupted from A the Raikage's body, cracking the floor beneath his feet as pressure rolled outward in waves. He clenched his fists, eyes wide. "I can feel it… this is what my father felt at his peak."
He looked straight at Naruto. "Tiel. Summon a shield. I need to test this."
Naruto flicked his hand once. B-grade shield formed instantly from a golden portal, anchoring itself in midair.
A the Raikage vanished in a flash of lightning. "Jigokuzuki!"
His strike slammed into the shield, lightning screaming across its surface. The shield bent, resisted for a fraction of a second—then shattered completely as the spear-hand punched through.
A the Raikage landed and straightened slowly, breathing hard, eyes burning with exhilaration. "I finally reached it… my father's height."
Danzō scoffed immediately. "Through drugs, not your own potential. Pathetic, Raikage. No matter how powerful a stimulant is, there is always risk."
Naruto cut in calmly. "The risk is simple. Your body won't break down. You won't die." His mouth twitched. "You'll just have violent stomach problems and probably spend the entire day on the toilet."
A the Raikage stared at him, deadpan. " you trying to prank me, Tiel?"
Naruto shrugged lightly. "Be grateful. My risks are minimal compared to what exists out there. And frankly—this version is already my successful model."
Hanzo leaned forward slightly. "There's more to your offer, isn't there?"
Naruto nodded. "Two more. The last one is… special. Rare. Crazy. But first—the second."new glow formed in his palm. Small yellow shards hovered above his skin like suspended starlight.
"Stardust Fragments," Naruto said. "And no—you don't just eat this casually. The risk is real. You only use it when you're truly desperate."
He lifted one shard between two fingers. "This boosts chakra output by ten times. similar to stardust pills it will refill your chakra for one time per day . It lets a civilian cast B-rank jutsu. And it allows a jōnin to temporarily match Kage-tier output."
The room froze.
Tsunade stiffened.
Hanzo's breath caught.
A the Raikage's eyes widened.
Even Danzō went silent.
Shizune blurted, "W—Weh?! Even normal civilians can?!"
Naruto nodded once. "An instant army of genin on the horizon. Genin become chūnin immediately. Chūnin push jōnin. And so on."
Hanzo's eyes narrowed. "Then I want to hear the risk. What happens if someone eats that hyper drug you created?"
Naruto answered without hesitation. "After the temporary effect ends, your heart rate will be pushed far beyond normal recovery. And there is a thirty percent chance you will contract an immunity-collapse disease. If that happens, your body weakens day by day—until you die."
He tilted his head slightly. "Want to try it?"
Tsunade exhaled sharply. "None of us are touching that, Tiel. that's a last-resort weapon. It's not something to use unless everything is already lost."
Danzō leaned forward, voice smooth and calculated. "Then let us speak in proper terms. My offer—one million ryō for five pills and one Stardust Fragment."
Naruto stared at him for half a second… then laughed softly. "That's a terrible bargain. I can leave this table right now. What you're offering is cheap, and I don't like paper money anyway. It can always be printed."
golden scale manifested in midair between them, perfectly balanced, radiating quiet pressure.
Naruto smiled. "Bring me something that can stand on this scale. Something that can truly equal my merchandise."
A the Raikage leaned forward immediately. "I'll give you a position as head of the entire pharmacy division in Kumogakure. And five hundred thousand ryō per week."
Danzō scoffed coldly. "Tiel already stated it must be something that equals his absurd demands—"
The golden scale suddenly tilted. In A the Raikage's favor.
Before anyone could react, Naruto vanished in a flash of star-shaped gold and reappeared beside the Raikage. He seized his hand eagerly and shook it hard, grinning wide.
"Sold. I'll offer my services for a time. At minimum, Kumogakure gets five Stardust Pills per week and one Stardust Fragment every two months."
Tsunade blinked. "Heh… just like that?"
Naruto nodded casually. "Yeah. Just like that."
Hanzo sighed with dry sarcasm. "You only did that to piss me off. "
Danzō ground his teeth quietly under his breath. "This damn merchant…"
Hanzo straightened, his presence hardening with resolve. "Tiel-dono. As you can see, Amegakure is not like the great villages. We don't have overflowing wealth nor endless resources." His eyes sharpened. "But I will offer what I truly possess. When the day I die finally comes… you may take everything inside this body. Secret that I carry."
Naruto tilted his head, then broke into a dark grin. "That's a very dangerous suggestion. Even for someone like me." His palm began to glow faint gold. "I could ride your giant salamander across the ocean and string your crucified body on its tail. Want to test that future?"
Hanzo didn't flinch. "So be it. As long as peace is preserved. Even if those Akatsuki fools under Yahiko inherit that will… I don't care. My will must be carried forward."
The golden scale shifted. It tipped toward Hanzo of the Salamander.
Naruto stepped forward and extended his hand. "Then we have a deal, Hanzo of Amegakure."
Hanzo took his hand without hesitation. Naruto felt the exchange immediately—something subtle copied into his body through the contact, Naruto kept his side of the bargain without pause. Light flashed across his palm as he placed three Stardust Fragments and two Stardust Pills onto the table.
Hanzo accepted them with steady hands. "A fair deal, Tiel-dono. You have my gratitude."
A the Raikage snorted. "Oi. That's not fair. I gave you high standing in Kumo and all I get is business terms."
Naruto glanced at him lazily. "If you want fragments, I'll give you one later. But Hanzo here wanted to test his own resolve on fast-forward. That's my reason."
Danzō's voice cut in cold. "That's a cruel way of thinking—wishing for another man's death. Fitting for a merchant like you."
Naruto's golden eyes slid to him, sharp and amused. " I'd rather stand beside a dangerous psychopath girl who stays on the line… than an old man like you who lies to himself every day, pretending everything you do is 'for Konoha.'"
He exhaled once, then lifted his hand slightly. "Now for the final item. There's also a bonus later, but that comes afterward. What I'm about to show you now outclasses everything so far." His gaze swept the table. "All of you—move as far back as you can. This isn't like the things I already gave you."
The leaders rose uneasily. and their escorts all withdrew to the far edge of the hall. The air itself felt tense.
Danzō scoffed under his breath. "This is your fault, Tsunade. You failed to offer anything to please that mad merchant, and now Konoha loses its place in the exchange."
Every gaze turned toward him in silent disgust.
Tsunade's eyes hardened. "Old man, if that's how you feel, then overthrow Hiruzen already and be done with it. Don't dump your failures on everyone else."
A the Raikage folded his arms, lightning faintly crackling along his shoulders. "If you hate losing that much, Danzō, let's go to the arena. No tricks and politics. Just fists."
Naruto's voice cut through the tension, calm and deliberate. "There is an item. In human terms… it was once called the Tears of God."
The lantern light flickered as every eye turned to him.
"It was created from countless desires, accumulated over an age so long it lost its name. One of its special properties is simple—and horrifying. Anyone who learns of its existence begins to crave it. A longing that grows. And grows. Until it consumes everything else."
The room stayed silent.
"That day," Naruto continued, "people slaughtered each other for it. Kingdoms collapsed. Armies vanished. Until one man—calling himself the Noblesse—sealed it away to end the bloodshed."
His golden eyes lifted slightly.
"It is said the stone grants immortality. Unlimited growth. True invulnerability. Physical damage becomes meaningless. Even ninjutsu loses its meaning."
Shizune swallowed. "If it was sealed… then shouldn't it be impossible for you to have it, Tiel?"
Tsunade raised a hand sharply. "Shizune. Let him finish."
Naruto smiled faintly. "The story is already over."
golden portal unfurled beside him. From within it, a crimson crystal drifted outward—floating, pulsing, alive. A deep red glow throbbed through the hall, carrying with it a pressure that made the skin crawl and the heart beat faster without permission. Desire stirred in the chest before the mind could reject it.
Naruto let the crimson stone hover above his palm.
"Meet the Blood Stone," he said quietly. "The sin of two millennia past."
