"Imported tablets??? These kind of medicine is not available in our country easily it's a rare medicine even this one bottle costs nearly 5000 which has only 20 tablets"

"Well everybody listen she is in a critical condition and she needs surgery.We are about to start surgery within 8 hrs So pay the fees"
