After 5 months,
riya returned to her
father's house....
But nobody was
there to welcome her...
We all heard of mothers who would favour their sons over their daughters especially their first son
But here it was quite different,
Prabahakaran's mom doesn't even know his date of birth
She never cared for him...
After marriage uma and her mother in law fought for few months and after that they came to seperate house
Prabhakaran's mom expected a son but riya was born instead .
So she was disappointed and never intended to welcome her...
She just acted as affectionate in the beginning....
The only person who loved riya on her father's side was her grandfather.
He loved and adored her so much...
Years passed by.....
When riya was two and half yrs old uma became pregnant again.
But the same hormonal disturbance happened again..
The baby doesn't have heartbeat so uma miscarried..
They were devasted for few months...
Riya's grandfather passed away when she was just three years old ..
Prabhakaran loved his father very much it took many years for him to recover from his father 's death..
Riya doesn't remember much about her grandfather she just had faint scenes about him other than that she remembered whatever her mother said.
She learned alphabets and
She turned four,
And her parents decided to admit her into school...
They chose two schools but one school's fees was Rs.3000 high.
So they chose the other school
went for interview.
They showed her a flower and
asked her,
"What's is this??"
"A flower "
"Good and where do we keep it??"
"In our hair"
"Ohhh very good dear"
Soon after she got selected...
Both the parents went to school to drop her on the first day.
Even though she
doesn't cry aggressively.
She was weeping....
"Riya don't worry dear!!!
See you go inside and attend classes.
Iam not going home at all Iam waiting for you at the gate Ok!! Happy??"
"Uhmmmm"
She answered innocently .
She waved her hand for a
goodbye and went inside.
First she was hesitant to talk but she got many friends.
But her happiness didn't last for days .
Some girls in her class forced others not to talk to riya.
Riya don't know why she never told about this to anyone.
Due to this she developed a sleeping disorder and began to sleep walking.
She will mumble all the things happened in her class and
cry to her parents .
Her parents went and complained to her teacher after that the things become quite normal.
Months went by....
On her final exam of L.K.G.
Riya's aunt was admitted on
hospital for delievery.
So uma lied to riya that she was going to take injection and left the house.
Riya wrote exam well and came to house only to find her mom
was not there.
She began to cry her dad consoled her and took her to hospital.
She went in and looked
at her baby sister.
Then she went to her Grandma's house there she happily stayed
with her aunt so happily.
But she doesn't know this was just the beginning she was about
to face more in her life.
