Chapter 77 - Chapter 77 Precious Flowers, Precious Fate

The stall owner choked, feeling an inexplicable fear of the man before him—a fear stemming from the level suppression in the dungeon. He stammered, "You...you two are together?"

Li Mo stood up, pushed the chair back like Yin Xiu did, then stared straight at the stall owner and smiled, "Yes, together."

The stall owner was sweating profusely. He didn't know who the man in front of him was, but he could sense that he was no ordinary person. He decided to avoid provoking him and said in a low voice, "Ask me anything you want, I'll give it to you for free."

Who put the handcuffs on his hands?

"White handcuffs... Only the warden in the entire City of Bliss has them, and only he can unlock them."

"Warden?" Li Mo narrowed his eyes slightly, exuding a dangerous aura.

The stall owner shrank back, trying to minimize his presence. "Yes... Warden, those white handcuffs are only put on players deemed extremely dangerous by the Warden to restrict their movement. They won't appear even once in fifty dungeons, but once someone wears those white handcuffs, it's extremely difficult for them to leave Bliss City."

"I think the warden... wants him to die here..."

As he spoke, the stall owner cautiously glanced up at Li Mo, noticing his slightly displeased expression, and quickly lowered his head to make himself less noticeable, praying that the man would leave as soon as he finished asking his question.

"I understand," Li Mo replied, but showed no intention of leaving, instead staring intently at the stall owner. "And what about you?"

"I…" The stall owner felt a chill run down his spine and stood there shivering. "What could possibly happen to me? It's just a normal weird thing."

Li Mo smiled and said, "You're lying."

He took a step forward, and the stall owner was so frightened that he turned and ran away. However, the next second, a swarm of black tentacles wrapped around him, crushing and kneading him.

The eerie figure slowly shrank and disappeared beneath the robe, eventually turning into a piece of paper.

Li Mo stepped forward and picked up the papers from the ground.

He had done his homework before coming to this instance. The rules for each level here are very special. Ordinary players can't find them, or even think about them. Even Yin Xiu was no exception.

But if Yin Xiu missed it, he can still collect it.

Li Mo looked at it in his hand, and sure enough, it was blank; he still couldn't see the rules.

He opened his mouth, trying to chew the rule sheet, but then remembered that Yin Xiu hadn't looked at it yet, so he put the rule sheet down, carefully folded it, put it in his suit pocket, and then turned and went downstairs.

Standing at the top of the fifth-floor staircase, Yin Xiu silently gazed at the view from the fifth floor.

When he came down the stairs, it was a normal corridor. But when he opened the door at the end of the corridor, the scene that appeared was completely different from the concept of Elysium.

Behind the door was a huge cemetery, with tombstones of all sizes and crooked shapes lined up. The ground was covered with soil and planted with trees. A winding path stretched out from there. Even with walls as boundaries, it was still so wide that it didn't feel like a prison, a city, or even part of a corridor.

The moment he opened the door, he wondered if he had entered another instance, but when he turned to look at the empty darkness outside the window and the corridors floating in the air, it seemed that he was still here.

He really wanted to ask Li Mo if there was such an area on every floor of the instance, but when he went downstairs just now, Li Mo said he was going to get something to eat and would be back in a while, and then slipped out from behind his hand, leaving him alone.

The Sin Gate rules stipulate that players must use their limbs as a vessel to carry the Sin Gate out, and players must abide by this rule. Normally, players can only leave through the Sin Gate in this way.

However, Li Mo is not a normal sin gate. He uses Yin Xiu's body as a vessel to make Yin Xiu abide by the rules. He himself does not need a vessel and can still wander around. By binding the player and choosing a vessel, he can immediately slip away.

"Greed... I don't even know how he's greedy," Yin Xiu muttered to himself as he stepped into the cemetery.

He has now officially entered a certain area. The previous Gluttony level had already been almost completely devoured by Li Mo before he went there. Not only were there no monsters on that level, but there were also very few houses left. It can be said that it was swept clean. Players can tell where he is as soon as they arrive.

The previous floor was just a stairwell, not an actual entrance. Now, on the fifth floor, the Greed Zone is finally a real entry.

The Seven Deadly Sins are seven different sins: pride, envy, wrath, sloth, greed, gluttony, and lust. The gates to sins indicate that the area is characterized by extreme tendencies, and players who enter will be affected.

Stepping onto the soil of the cemetery gives you the feeling of truly entering a cemetery in the outside world, rather than just being in Elysium.

As Yin Xiu walked past the crooked, dilapidated tombstones on both sides, he surveyed the surrounding environment. Cold and desolate was his first impression of the place. There was no grass on the soil, no leaves on the branches, and the area in front of the tombs was empty. As far as the eye could see, there was only deathly silence, and even the walls were gray.

The greedy region was surprisingly barren; it didn't possess much, but rather seemed to have nothing at all.

Moreover, it was exceptionally quiet here, so quiet it was almost eerie. All the sounds Yin Xiu heard were his own; there wasn't a single other noise.

As they walked, passing a tombstone, a withered skeletal hand suddenly emerged from the ground and grabbed Yin Xiu's ankle. A voice came from underground, "Give me...give me something, and I'll let you go."

Yin Xiu lowered his eyes and stared at the hand on his ankle. He lifted his foot to try to pull it away, but as soon as he moved, another hand suddenly reached out from the ground next to him and grabbed him. "Give me...give me something, and I'll let you go."

Yin Xiu stared silently at the two hands on his ankle, wondering if he would grow another hand if he moved any further.

"Alright, what do you want?" Yin Xiu asked casually.

After a few seconds of silence, a puzzled voice slowly emerged from the soil, "...Why is there nothing here?"

Yin Xiu: ?

"You… have no family, you have no money, you have no one you care about, you have no feelings, you… oh, you have a friend named Ye Tianxuan."

The hand that was holding his leg shook and waved at him, saying, "Give me your friend."

Yin Xiu said calmly, "He's not here. If you really want him, just let go and I'll go get him for you in a bit."

The voice from beneath the earth was confused, "Don't you miss your friends?"

"There's nothing to be reluctant about. Anyway, if he comes, you'll be the one who dies," Yin Xiu replied calmly, speaking as if it were nothing.

Her hand trembled slightly, then she pulled back and grabbed Yin Xiu's leg. "You have another friend, so give him to me."

Yin Xiu's gaze was indifferent. "I have no other friends."

"You have! You have a new friend." The hand gripping your ankle pointed slightly towards Yin Xiu's pocket. "You have a gift from him."

Yin Xiu raised an eyebrow and took out the small flower that Li Mo had given him from his pocket.

As soon as the flowers were taken out, his withered hands began to wave excitedly. "A precious gift! I want it! I want it so badly! Give it to me!"

Yin Xiu rubbed the flower branch between his fingertips, staring at the hand reaching out to his ankle, "What's so precious about flowers?"

The upward arc of the hand grew even higher, and the voice from beneath the earth became excited, "You are a poor person, your life is poorer than many we've met. We don't want anything else, give me the flower! The flower! This one flower is enough!"

Yin Xiu's expression was indifferent. He looked at the flowers, then at his hand at his feet. "You want them that badly? Aren't these flowers a luxury for me?"

"A precious… an incomparably precious bond. Your other bond is about to die, and this will be your only remaining, most precious possession. Give it to me!" Two hands stretched upwards, higher and higher, almost as if they were about to snatch it away.

Yin Xiu's lips curled slightly, and he sneered with some displeasure, "You guys in the dungeon really like divination, huh?"

He tosse the flowers back into his pocket and stomped his foot hard on his hands. "But I don't believe in these things."
