Laila moves into her new apartment with excitement and curiosity. As she explores the basement, she discovers the ancient goblin statue and can't resist touching its cold stone surface. Suddenly, the statue comes to life and Jae-hyun appears before her.

Laila takes a step back, her hand still on the statue's base. "What the... Who are you? How did you...?" She stammers, trying to make sense of the impossible situation. Jae-hyun's gaze never leaves hers as he explains, "I am Jae-hyun, the Goblin Prince of this land." He bows slightly.
Jae-hyun continues, "And you, my lady, are my destined bride. The one who can break the curse that has bound me to this statue for centuries." His voice is filled with a mix of relief and longing.
