She hated the fact that she had to wake up today. But she had to in order to look strong for the kids and also prepare them for school. She last felt like this when she and her first boyfriend broke up how painful it was but thinking of it, it was just some stupid teenage love but well now we are talking about her husband. Like the father of her kids. Oh well she has enough time to sulk herself after all she doesn't work so she has a whole day to waste and a life without purpose to deal with.
After taking her kids to school well she decided to walk around go to the court play some ball, go to the park see people enjoy their lives, go to the cafe and grab a snack. Just moving around the neighborhood. It had been long since she did all that. Maybe she can finally meet the neighbors.
As she was taking the walk, she just felt nostalgia and truth be told she felt so stupid at that time because her husband had just gone for a day. Maybe the fact that she didn't know when he'll be back exactly is what hurts the most. Yes, that's the problem. Yeah she agreed to herself almost too loud. On noticing, she saw people looking at her standing in the middle of the walk way and a woman holding a child smiled at her. Now thymes most probably think I'm partially sane and holding that thought she touched her lips and scurried away with her take away. As soon as she reached home, she put on the tv and started watching a long sitcom called " HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER" atleast she'll ensure she completes it in this period. After like two episodes, she was dying of laughter.
Another poem she wrote that night.
DESPITE IT ALL ON YOU I'LL WAIT
Another night I write to you,
Atleast I think I do,
But truth is I write here,
In this book,
Holding a dreamy look,
Praying that you're safe,
That you're doing what you do best,
Wishing that you feel what I feel,
That like me you wanna to heal,
That hear full of yearning,
Wishing to come back home,
So I run into your embrace,
That no more fears I'd face,
Knowing that you'll be mine,
All the time leading a normal life,
That I'm just another wife,
Laying out clothes for you,
And caring for the family,
A dream I still hold,
With whispers that remain untold.
