Noel stood in the hotel hallway to call Dalton, making sure Silas was sound asleep and that it wasn't Dalton who had fallen asleep instead.
However, before the call could be answered, someone tapped him on the shoulder from behind, causing him to reflexively turn around, only to find an Alpha man standing behind him and staring at him.
"You… I thought you were still busy with your business," Noel said when he saw Leonard standing before him.
"I did say that, but that doesn't mean I can't wrap it up quickly, does it? Besides…"
Leonard walked closer to Noel, causing the Omega to furrow his brow and step back. Unintentionally, he bumped into the wall behind him as Leonard leaned in close to his ear.
"I wouldn't miss the chance to get close to you at this party. I invited you here on purpose so I could be closer," he whispered.
