Hello everyone—author here.
Sorry to say this, but this week, it may not have any new chapters.
Work has been intense, and life decided to throw a whole series of surprises at me. For example, did you know a laptop memory card can actually explode? Because mine did. I had to buy an expensive replacement, and all of my previous chapter drafts and work-related data were lost and had to be redone.
On top of that, my brother flew back into the country, so I spent time with family (which I don't regret at all). Then I discovered that the damaged card had affected other important parts of my laptop, forcing me to replace it entirely after installing the new card.
So yes—this past week was not kind to me.
I plan to make it up to you either this week or the coming one. However, I also have a boss waiting on a PDF of work, so my next update will depend on how quickly I can finish that.
