Lu Xiao carried Shen Tang as they flew rapidly through the sky, with the boundless deep ocean beneath them.
The territory of the Water Clan covered nearly half of the ocean area on Eris Star. Looking down from high above, the sea appeared an exceptionally eerie deep blue, making one feel that something unspeakable lay beneath it.
"Are we almost there?" Shen Tang asked, lying on his back, with the sound of the rushing wind in her ears.
Lu Xiao narrowed his beast-like eyes, staring at the faintly visible coastline in the distance, "We'll reach the border in half an hour. The pollution here looks severe."
Shen Tang noticed it too.
The sea color here was distinctly abnormal, deep blue to the point of black. From a distance, the land beyond the border looked barren, with hardly any plants or animals in sight.
Even the vines that followed them all the way shrank back in fear upon reaching the border, refusing to step forward, all stopped outside.
