Denis was filing Alya Cesaire's record when his phone started to glow then Lady Wifi appeared
"We need to talk?" Lady Wifi asked
"Whoever you are, please exit my office and knock instead of barging inside." Denis said
"I wasn't asking." Lady Wifi said as she grabbed Denis by the shoulders and threw him halfway out of the window, where he saw his life flash through his eyes again
"Please I don't want to die again." Denis cried out as pedestrians on the street looked up and saw Denis dangling from the third floor window which made them call the police
"If you cooperate with me then I won't kill you." Lady Wifi said which made Denis nod his head in fear
MDC penthouse
Marinette was on her computer where she was using a voice app to determine what age range Hawk Moth is in
Hawk Moth: Male in his late 40s to possible 50s

Features: Only the mouth and eyes are seen just like Batman's.
"It seems like we have someone trying to be like Batman." Marinette said then she heard her police radio
"Dispatch, we have a possible Akuma sighting at Francoise Dupont, send additional backup." Radio said
"Sending additional backup to your location." Dispatch said
"Possible Akuma at Francoise Dupont, uh." Marinette said as she got off her chair
"This looks like the job for Ladybug." Marinette said as she ran to her balcony and jumped off where she did her midair transformation and used her yo-yo to swing to Francoise Dupont

Lady Wifi saw the bug out helicopter with cameras facing her so she flicked her own camera on to the helicopter as well so she can announce to all of Paris
"People of Paris, I am Lady Wifi, the seeker of truth and justice." Lady Wifi said then she grabbed Denis by the back of his shirt as she glared at him
"This worm thinks it's right to be a chicken when the mayor is being called by his daughter." Lady Wifi said then she saw Ladybug coming towards her location
"That's why, we are going to have a little revolution of our own." Lady Wifi said as she broke a piece of glass from the window and held against Denis Damocles throat
"Starting with Denis Damocles first." Lady Wifi said as she slit Denis's throat where she evilly smiled at Ladybug who just arrived at the scene
"Should have been faster, Ladybug. You could've saved him." Lady Wifi said then she disappeared into pixels leaving Denis Damocles body hanging out of the window while his blood stained the wall, footpath and the gutter
"Ladybug do you know what Lady Wifi is planning next?" Nadja asked
"I don't know as of yet." Ladybug said
"But you should know this I will bring Lady Wifi to justice and bring Denis Damocles back to life again." Ladybug said then she grappled away
"(It never gets any easier to watch someone's life slip away from your fingers even if you have the power to stop it.)" Ladybug said as she started to remember her first patrol with the Batfam as Ladybird after 3 months of getting to know how they function
Flashback: 2 years ago in Gotham City
A fresh Ladybird was getting the hang of swinging around Gotham City with her yo-yo while Robin ran on the rooftops watching her
"Ladybird, when we are out on patrol, watch very carefully when we encounter criminals or any of the rogue's galley henchmen alright, they can be very tricky for new heroes like yourself." Robin said
"I'll follow your lead." Ladybird said as she swung up to the roof and landed next to Robin then a gunshot rang out in the night sky which frightened Ladybird since it was her first time hearing a gunshot which Robin saw
"I know you're afraid, but remember I'm here and I won't let anything happen to you alright." Robin said as he put his hand on Ladybird's shoulder which made her smile
"I'm ready." Ladybird said
So the two heroes went to where they heard the gunshot and when they arrived they saw the masked gunman running away while a young female bleed out in the alleyway which made Ladybird freeze up when she saw lots of blood
"Ladybird I want you to stay here and call for an ambulance to that young girl while I go after the gunman." Robin said
"Ladybird." Robin said as he looked back after not hearing a response and that's when he saw Ladybird standing still and shaking in fear so he called for backup
"Can I have backup on my location, Ladybird is frozen in fear possibly from seeing blood for the first time." Robin said in his earpiece
"Red Hood and Batman are on their way." Oracle said
"Angel, look at me and not at the blood." Robin said gently as he put his hand on her shoulder and when he did she collapsed onto the ground and started crying
When Red Hood and Batman arrived, Red Hood went over to Ladybird and hugged her
"Oh, pixie pop." Red Hood said while Batman watched
"Robin can you take her home." Batman said
"Will do father." Robin said as he stood up and lifted Ladybird up bridal style and carried her home
When they both arrived at the Bat cave, Alfred, Wang Fu and Barbara looked at Ladybird with worry
"Spots off." Ladybird said as she de-transformed then she reached up and took her earrings off
"I'm not cut out to be a hero like you guys, I froze when I saw that girl bleed out." Marinette said as she handed Wang Fu the Miraculous and walked out of the cave
"She isn't the first to freeze at seeing blood." Alfred said
"Bruce was the same when he saw his parents get murdered in front of him, same as Richard Grayson." Alfred said
"Maybe I should have given her more time before she joined you guys." Wang Fu said
"Don't beat yourself over this Master Fu, Angel hasn't seen this type of hero work before, all she's done was stay behind the scenes and watched while also train with us as well. Of course she would freeze up when she saw all that blood, it was her first time seeing a dead body and blood." Damian said
"I guess you're right." Wang Fu said as he started to rub his beard
"There's a way we can make her overcome this fear and that's to make her listen on comes and if anything goes wrong and they call for backup." Wang Fu said
"Then Marinette will have to put the earrings back on and save us." Damian said
"Exactly." Wang Fu said
"But how would that happen?" Barbara asked
"Fate will do the rest, just wait." Wang Fu said
A week later
Marinette, Alfred, Barbara and Wang Fu sat around the Bat computer where they were listening in over the COMS. Then the worst happened the alarms rang out on the computer
"What's happening?" Marinette asked
"They are all in danger." Barbara said
"By who?" Marinette asked
Joker, Scarecrow, Bane, Killer croc and Two Face. Barbara said
"Is there anyone who can help them?" Marinette asked
"There is one person who can help them." Barbara said as she looked at Marinette which she saw as she widened her eyes
"Oh no, no, no. It can't be me, I froze up when I saw that girl's blood, I still have nightmares about it." Marinette said
"I know how you feel, I get nightmares about the Joker killing me instead of stripping me and taking photos so he can make my father go crazy." Barbara said which made Marinette look down then she looked up with a determine look on her face
"Master, my Miraculous if you please." Marinette said as she held her hand out which made Wang Fu place the earrings on her hand then she put them in her ears which made Tikki manifest
"Are you ready to be a hero." Tikki said
"I am and one I master my powers of creation. I'm going to heal you so you can walk again Barbara." Marinette said
"You don't have to do that for me." Barbara said
"I want to as a way to help me conquer my fear." Marinette said
"How long will you be able to Master your powers?" Barbara asked
"Possibly a year or 2 or longer I don't know." Marinette said then she looked at Tikki
"You ready, Tikki?" Marinette asked
"I am ready, Marinette." Tikki said
"Spots on." Marinette said as she transformed into Ladybird where her entire outfit was all black except for boots, gloves, chest area and domino mask they are res
"Hang on you guys, I'm coming." Ladybird said as she dropped down and landed on her Ladybug painted motorbike and sped out of the cave where she headed to their location
When Ladybird arrived at their location she saw them all tied up as the Rouge's galley celebrated their victory over them
"I got to hand it to you bats, you gave it a fair go but you failed." Joker said then he bent down and picked up the crowbar
"I wonder who's going to be bashed today." Joker said as he hit his hand with the crowbar
"Maybe we can clip another robin like I did with that poor boy Jason Todd. His screams were music to my ears." Joker said then he started laughing while Ladybird was hiding not far from them as she glared at Joker at what he says
"(So he's the one who killed Jason.)" Ladybird said as she unclipped her yo-yo from her hip and she waited for the perfect moment and when that moment came she threw her yo-yo which smacked the crowbar out of Joker's hands
"What the.' Joker said as he watched his crowbar fly out of his hand and land far away from him
"Who dares to interrupt my fun." Joker said which made Ladybird come out of hiding which the Rouge's galley saw
"Who are you girly?" Joker asked
"That's not important but what is important is your five heading back to Arkham Asylum where you belong." Ladybird said
"Oh, you think you can stop all five of us." Scarecrow said
"I know I can." Ladybird said as she ran towards them which also made them run towards her as well
Ladybird leaped over Bane where she saw his Venom tubes that went into his blood stream but before she could rib them out Killer Croc grabbed her ankle and threw her hard onto the ground knocking the wind out of lungs
"Damn, I forgot I can get winded still." Ladybird mumbled to herself then she moved out of the way as Bane smashed the spot she was in
"Okay let's even field." Ladybird said as she threw her yo-yo towards the tied up heroes but before her yo-yo could free then she felt pain in her shoulder which made her drop her yo-yo as she saw a bullet hole in her shoulder where she saw Two Face smiling at her
"How about you surrender or the next bullet will be between the eyes?" Two Face asked while pointing his gun towards Ladybird
"Yeah that's not happening." Ladybird said as she used her speed and strength where she punched Two Face in the face knocking him out then she picked up her discarded yo-yo and quickly freed the heroes
"This ain't worth going back to Arkham." Scarecrow said as he quickly ran off from the fight
"Nightwing." Batman said
"You got it boss." Nightwing said as he chased after Scarecrow
"Well I got to give to you Birdy, you're a much better nemesis than Batman is. I hope the next time we see each other I'll be seeing your beautiful face." Joker said as the ladder dropped down which made him climb on then he escaped while maniacally laughing
Bane and Killer Croc got defeated by Red Hood, Red Robin and Robin the Nightwing came back empty handed which disappointed Batman but that was replaced with pride as he looked at Ladybird
"I'm proud of you coming out of your funk." Batman said
"I couldn't let them kill you and deprive Gotham of their heroes." Ladybird said then she winced in pain as the adrenaline wore off
"Let's get back to base so we can patch up that shoulder of yours." Batman said as Ladybird covered her shoulder with her hand as she walked back to her bike
"You sure you can ride back to the Batcave while injured?" Nightwing asked
"I'm sure." Ladybird said
"Just to be sure Robin will stay with you." Batman said as Robin walked over and sat behind her
"So you don't black out while driving alright." Robin said which made Ladybird nod her head as she reeved her engine and sped out on to the street where she headed to the Batcave
During the journey, Ladybug tried to concentrate on the road but all she kept seeing was dark spots in her vision which made her swerve all over the road
"Ladybird are you alright?" Robin asked but he had no response as Ladybird blacked out and fell off her bike which made Robin put the brakes on as he ran off the bike and went to where Ladybird is
"Let's get you to the Batcave so we can fix you up." Robin said as he held onto Ladybird as he got back onto the bike and sped to the Batcave
When Robin arrived he quickly got off and took Ladybird to the medical area of the Batcave where Alfred has everything ready
"We got to take her earrings off." Wang Fu said
Robin grabbed her earrings and carefully took them off which made Ladybird de-transformed into Marinette who scrunched up in pain from her shoulder so Alfred quickly went to walk on her shoulder
2 weeks later
After being on bed rest for Two weeks Marinette was ready to go back on patrol as Ladybird
On the rooftop of Gotham with Robin
"When I first started patrol with you shayton I was afraid when I saw that poor girl get shot to death and seeing her blood but getting shot myself has opened my eyes." Ladybird said
"It has." Robin said
'Yes, being a hero means you are a shield to the citizens that you are protecting and as that shield you need to get injured and carry those scars and injuries so the people you are protecting don't get them instead." Ladybird said which made Robin smile
"Great way of thinking Angel." Robin said as they both looked over the city
End of Flashback
Ladybug rubbed the spot her scar from being shot is then she heard her yo-yo ring which made her answer
"Ladybug, where are you?" Cat asked
"Searching for Lady Wifi, why?" Ladybug asked
'I know where she's heading too." Chat said
"Where?" Ladybug asked
"To Chloe." Cat Noir said
"Why? What does she have against the Mayor's daughter?" Ladybug asked
"She got the idea that Chloe is you." Cat said which made Ladybug sigh
"Doesn't she know there are cosplayers who dress up as me?" Ladybug asked
"Possibly not." Cat said
"Stay where you are, I'm heading to your location now. Ladybug said
"See you soon Milady." Cat said as he hung up, while Ladybug headed to his location until she remembered what he said before he ended the call
'Don't call me your M'lady or you'll be losing your nine lives from a certain husband of mine." Ladybug said to herself as she headed to the hotel
