The Krieg Pirates could only retreat first and report back to Don Krieg, hoping he would dispatch a few hundred ships to crush the Thunder Pirates with sheer force.
When the Thunder Pirates saw the Krieg fleet leaving in a hurry, they erupted into cheers.
"Tch! They were clearly scared! And yet they still pretended to act tough while running away—unbelievable!"
But Captain Red and Alvida were not happy at all.
Both were deeply worried about Krieg's retaliation.
"Lucky Drake, I think we should leave this area as soon as possible," Alvida said with concern.
"You know how powerful the Krieg Pirates are in the East Blue. Even some Marine Rear Admirals stationed here can't do anything about them! And our Thunder Pirates only just got on the right track. We can't afford to be too high-profile…"
"Relax. I know what I'm doing."
Lucky Drake spoke calmly.
"Besides, even if we don't provoke them, the Krieg Pirates won't let us go. To enter the Grand Line, we must pass through territory they control."
"So… we might as well fight."
Alvida let out a helpless sigh.
"I actually forgot that part… Looks like we'll have to fight them sooner or later."
"If it's a fight, then so be it! No one can stop the Thunder Pirates from entering the Grand Line—not even Krieg!"
"Alright then—Lucky Drake, Alvida—I'm going to train."
Captain Red spoke firmly, full of fearless spirit.
"I need to raise my strength fast so I can give that Krieg bastard a proper beating!"
Lucky Drake nodded, completely confident.
With the Lightspeed Sword Draw in his hands, killing Krieg would be effortless.
Once the commander falls, what are three thousand ships?
Just a headless swarm of nobodies.
Soon after, the Thunder Pirates arrived at the Sea Restaurant.
The place was bustling with pirates—many came here specifically for the renowned cuisine.
Even Marines sometimes visited to eat, drink, and indulge.
"Captain, I heard the food here is amazing! Looks like we're in for a treat!"
Alvida drooled openly.
Captain Red scratched his head.
"I don't know if it's tasty. I've never eaten here before."
"Alvida-sister, you're already so fat, and you still want to eat?"
"Yeah, didn't you finally drop to 180 kilos? If you eat more, your slimming will fail again!"
A few crew members teased loudly.
"Tch, what do you brats know?" Alvida rolled her eyes.
"If I don't fill my stomach, how am I supposed to have the energy to lose weight?"
Lucky Drake laughed and pulled Nami along.
"You guys keep chatting. I'll take Nami in first."
"See that? Another wave of dog food from the couple…"
Alvida gritted her teeth with envy.
"Let's go in as well," Captain Red said.
Inside the Sea Restaurant
It was packed—every table full.
Food, alcohol, entertainment, private karaoke rooms—everything was available.
Truly a paradise for pirates who wanted to live it up.
Lucky Drake and the crew were arranged on the second floor—more private, more spacious… and far more expensive.
But since it was their first time here—and given that they had recently robbed plenty of treasure—spending a few million Berries on a meal was nothing.
Soon, dish after dish was delivered.
The crew dug in like starving animals.
"Holy—this is amazing!"
"Right?! Being a pirate was the right choice. Otherwise how would we afford food like this?!"
Lucky Drake, meanwhile, found himself thinking…
Should I poach Sanji into the Thunder Pirates?
Leaving him to Luffy felt like a waste…
Just then—
CRASH!
From the next private room came the sound of plates shattering and someone roaring in rage.
"You brat, you wanna die?"
"Damn you! You dare look at my woman like that?!"
BANG!
The door burst open and a blond kid was kicked out, sliding right across to the Thunderbolt crew's seating area.
"Damn! Who the hell is that strong? Even eating here is dangerous!"
"Yeah, that kid looks like a waiter here…"
Some of the crew gossiped excitedly.
"Hehehe… then the woman inside must be super hot."
"No wonder the kid risked his life to peek!"
Lucky Drake shot them a glare.
"Eat your food. How do you get more vulgar every day?"
"If you like someone, go after her openly. Not hide behind gossip."
"Yes, yes, Vice-Captain, you're the master of confidence…"
Nami glanced at Lucky Drake, cheeks warming.
So he chased me at first sight…
Is that why he asked for those bold things so directly…?
Lucky Drake walked over to the blond kid on the floor.
"Sanji, you're still the same pervert. No wonder you got your ass kicked."
"Ahh, what bad luck… I only looked for one second! And it was openly! How does that count as peeping?!"
Sanji got up, wiping his bloody nose.
The nosebleed wasn't from the beating—
but from seeing a beautiful woman.
