my name is Natalie from the central city." She replied sincerely.
"Good, good! Do you know how to fight? And does that guy know too?"
"I do, but not that much, as for him he completely doesn't but he is a scholar and
he is very intelligent."
"Well, well good that you know how to fight, good. Do you mind being friends?"
"No, I don't mind, we can be since all of us just want to survive the catastrophe"
Luka showed an awkward smile, his eyes very greedy, Lucy was busy trying to
light up a fire with a piece of wood and her eyes narrowed a bit, she started
suspecting Luka. His voice, his tone and his smile showed a sinister attitude. It
was morning break; everyone woke up and started to prepare to leave. Natalie
slept beside Chester; Lucy, Luka and Lucian slept on the other side of the cave.
The weather was a bit windy and cold; it was very ideal for a long walk. After
eating rabbit meat that Chester and Lucian killed the previous night, they began
their journey.
After hours of walking, "What is your name?" Lucian asked Chester, he realized
that they were just calling each other 'fellow' because they didn't know each
other. "Chester." He replied and he didn't even say which city or town he came
from. Lucy looked at him and thought this guy was some kind of a mysterious
person, "By the way, how did you know my family poetic line?" She asked eager
to learn the answer. Chester just shook his head looking very sad, the latter
immediately knew that this guy was a friend of my family.
Suddenly everyone frowned, the air was filled with a very strong pungent
smell, this was the smell released from rotten corpses of millions and millions of
dead people. This was the area of the imperial city and millions of people resided
here, these five guys climbed a hill to see what was lying behind the hills.
Everyone was shocked, countless human bodies lying on the ground rotting,
some of these bodies were cut, others died due to hunger and disease. Well yes,
some people tried to eat other people's dead bodies and they died on the spot, how
can you eat a corpse? So! You die if you look for death.
"The Drago army has wiped out many people indeed, in less than a few weeks;
the human race will be wiped out from this empire leaving only these demons."
Lucy said as she shook her head. "I wonder if Ziya will stand." Lucian also spoke,
his voice cracking. These guys continued to move to find a safe place and rest,
Chester sharply gazed at his side in the forest and a sharp movement was detected. He told Natalie to walk closer, this startled Lucy and Lucian; they don't
know why Chester said that, Luka was completely lost in thoughts as he looked
the behind of Natalie, in his mind right now he was imagining how he would
bend her down and smack her to pieces on bed, his mouth salivating as he already
imagined the naked body of Natalie.
"Careful!" Chester shouted, five powerful creatures appeared from the woods,
they were hyena mutants. People who became like hyenas due to King Drax's
sorcerers, they were cleaners! Eating off dead bodies and reduce the pungent
smell from suffocating the palace. Off course these people were captives from big
families who were paying tax and mine gold for the King, now they were made
into insane hyena mutants living on as corpse eaters! Fuck you Drax.
They were in a damaged state with lost sanity, they looked like hyenas on the
skin and face, but they walked and talked like humans and even their bodies were
structured like humans. A human in a hyena skin, they ate whatever they met
especially rotten stuff that at the moment they wanted to taste fresh meat, yes
off course with the exception of the Drago army; they never touched a member
of the army. "Hehehe fresh meat!" One of them exclaimed, "Humans, prepare to
die!!" The strongest among them suddenly rushed forward and attacked, Lucian
drew his sword from his sheath and counter attacked. A fight broke out, Lucian
fought against two; Luka, Lucy and Natalie each fought with one, Chester stood
on the side watching the battle and his eyes were cold and no sign of fear was
seen in them.
Luka killed the mutant and hurried over to help Natalie; this left Lucian
startled, what the hell! He was fighting with two strong mutants and the other
farm went on to help a girl! What happened to 'Bros before hoes?' Anyway, he
expected it to happen that way, actually Natalie was quite good at attacking and
she suppressed the mutant so easily, just like Lucy who had already sliced the
mutant into a hundred pieces and rushed to help Lucian. Finally, the hyena
mutants were all killed, Lucian was panting so heavily and sat down. "You see
scholar boy! The world needs warriors that can fight and not just talk!" Luka
opened his dirty mouth and scolded Chester trying to impress Natalie, well it
seemed to work because at this time, Natalie looked at Chester as though he was
an idiot. Luka's heart skipped a beat, his plan worked, "A real man's power is in
the fist and not on his lips, we just saved your ass! You are supposed to kneel and
bow down to us for saving you." He added salt to the wound, Chester's
expression was just the same as the battle was going on, he didn't seem happy
nor angry, just a blank expression with no emotion.
