Chen Mei stood on a cliff edge as she saw Xuan's injured but spirited figure jump into the swarm of rabbits with nothing but a broken blade in hand.
In her heart, Chen Mei felt like running up to Xuan and helping him. When that peak rank 1 Horned Rabbit had broken through Xuan's blade, she was inches away from turning that rank one beast to ashes using her long-distance spell she had prepared long ago. But seeing Xuan's trajectory of movement, she concluded that it wouldn't significantly harm him.
"Xuan did tell me to not interfere unless his life was in serious danger or he was at the risk of getting one of his limbs destroyed," said Chen Mei as she turned around, facing the forest ahead. "Huh, why are you behaving so well recently, hmm? Is it because Xuan is around?" said Chen Mei while giving a light slap to her little sister.
Her womb had stopped tingling and aching when Xuan was around her, although she herself felt an extremely strong urge to jump him regardless of whether her little sister ached or not. Xuan was just too handsome and muscular; his cute face had recently started to transform into something much manlier. This transformation naturally didn't escape Chen Mei's notice.

"And reaching level nine just now, it has taken me exponentially more rabbits than what it took to reach level eight," said Xuan as he wiped the blood stain off his face before looking behind him.
The ground in front of Xuan had turned into a scene of slaughter as bloodied bodies of dead rabbits lay sprawled on the ground. Xuan looked at his own broken blade; even the sharp end of the broken blade which he had mainly used to kill them had become unusable.
"Sigh, the rest of them had run away. Now I have to find five more, or else…"

The system's mechanical voice said, trying to sound professional despite the threatening message it was conveying.
"What is this quest system, the digital equivalent of the magical golden headband of Sun Wukong?" Xuan sighed as he opened his stats window. "Hmm, let's assign some points to stamina—I'm feeling extremely exhausted right now—and some to perception; hopefully that would lower my habit of developing tunnel vision during fights. And the rest should go to strength as usual."

The only thing that even assured Xuan that it was a rabbit's den was the bunch of rabbits running all over through the den like rats, some reaching half of Xuan's height—who himself was just a few inches short of six feet.
Xuan could easily tell that those exceptionally large ones were rank two horned rabbits. Their horns were so thick, large, and sharp; Xuan was certain that he'd die if he got pierced by that even once.
"Whelp, no way am I going there. I'd die before I even touch one of those. Instead…" Xuan looked around as he traced the forest area around the burrow, mapping it.
After getting a clear idea about what was around the burrow, he lay in wait inside a small bush; it was located right beside the small trail which only a small percentage of the rabbits used. He avoided the larger main trail as that had a lot more traffic.
Soon he caught his five rabbits as he swiftly killed them one by one, and he heard the system's announcement.

Xuan mentally denied, but just as he was about to stand up and leave, he saw a small, tiny vibrant pink-furred rabbit walking by. The rabbit's horn was pink too, yet it glowed with golden magical light; it was most certainly a baby rabbit.
Xuan felt amazed by the cute and unique rabbit as he asked, "Say, system, what kind of rabbit is this?"
