This is not all the stages, this is but the amount of stages that will be introduced in book one.
1. Qi Guidance (引气境)
Cultivators begin to sense and guide Qi.
2. Qi Condensation (凝气境)
Strengthens body and sharpens senses. Qi flow begins to stabilize.
3. Qi Foundation (气基境)
Qi fully stabilizes in the dantian. Bottlenecks start appearing.
4. Foundation Establishment (筑基境)
Cultivator lays a solid foundation for core formation.
5. Foundation Perfection (基圆境)
Qi flows perfectly through the body; cultivators gain increased control.
6. Foundation Tower (基塔境)
Dantian forms a tower-like Qi structure, further strengthening spirit qi control and soul qi.
7. Foundation Sphere (基球境)
Qi forms a spherical embryo preparing for Core formation.
8. Silver Core (银丹境)
First Core forms, solidifying internal power.
9. Golden Core (金丹境)
Core reaches peak mortal cultivation; spirit qi control and soul qi greatly enhanced.
10. Soul Core (魂丹境)
Core fuses with soul fragments, linking cultivation to the soul, this is the fusing of spirit qi and soul qi, a further strengthening of the soul, and allowing basic fire power of the soul. (Only at this stage can you start practising soul arts)
11. Divine Core (圣丹境)
Core is further tempered with spirit qi, greatly improving the dantian core, which also increases soul qi.
12. Soul Stage (魂境)
Soul separates from body; extremely high risk of death if failed, this when successful, allows one to establish their existence in the spirit world, giving chance of rebirth even when soul is destroyed.
13. Soul Condensation (凝魂境)
The soul solidifies and is capable of forming a tangible physical presence, however the soul is wildly unstable during this period, and any attacks will seriously deplete soul qi.
14. Soul Establishment (筑魂境)
Soul fully stabilized; cultivator gains more control over spiritual energy, however, the soul qi is barely improved, this is the complete establishment of your soul in the world.
15. Nascent Soul (元婴境)
Birth of Nascent Soul. What a nascent soul is, it will allow you to now fully explore the spirit world (which has countless hidden secrets and inheritances) The birth of a nascent soul also allows you to anchor yourself in the spirit world, allowing your soul to freely travel, and also allow you more understanding of the soul
