Chapter 641 - Altı Yüz Kırk Bir

The southern front might have been the quietest place within the Golden City walls until the day the war started, but tonight it was making a noise perhaps like never before in history. While Joshua and the Hell Army fought the human-based robots, Bookworm and the Elite Ten were being cornered by the Sixth Apostle.

The totem of the Elite Ten Leader, the creature summoned by the Sixth Apostle, and Bookworm's Power Animal could be seen from everywhere, but those fighting inside the Golden City walls didn't have the time to raise their heads and look at that point.

Only the orc warriors spreading to ensure the security of the Northern Region could be considered relaxed compared to the others. They had other fears too; they didn't get distracted even for a moment due to enemies likely to emerge from every corner.

In the area vacated by the mercenaries rushing to the aid of the Companions of Light and their generals, there were only the Dynasty Family members clashing with the Sixth Apostle. Unaware of this struggle taking place in an isolated area, the other orcs were carrying out their latest orders.

Yes, the Southern Front was experiencing the most horrific battles as a destructive force, the Northern Front was relatively the quietest place, but there was a place where practically a struggle for life and death was taking place. It was hard to find another word to describe the battle in the Middle Part; at least, it was impossible for the Mercenaries.

The orc warriors, entering through the gate opened at midnight, had advanced directly in accordance with their nature, and the first target coming their way had been the Four Great Generals who had lost one of their members. Even if they too didn't stand idle and wanted to escape by gathering all the soldiers under their command at one point, they hadn't been successful.

Watching their soldiers being torn apart while the surroundings swarmed with orcs like a colony of ants must have given them an idea about what was going to happen shortly, as they didn't wait long to use the medicines appearing in their hands.

Each of them was wearing armors symbolizing the colors of the Merchant Guild they were affiliated with, and the medicines they used weren't different either. One poured it into his mouth, one injected it into his vein, and the other emptied it down her head; their methods of use were different, but the effect that followed was of almost the same magnitude.

The Elemental Ten Druids hadn't witnessed the battle taking place in the garden of the Hell Palace. Even though they heard what happened later, they weren't aware of what kind of power the Generals would unleash after using medicine, and this time, it was the Great Generals who used the medicines.

General Eye, the greatest trump card of the Golden Leaf Guild, lost the wings emerging from his back. The feathers, scattering like leaves tossed in the wind, stuck to his body after hanging around him.

His Golden Eyes were shining, and when the blood flowing from the cut appearing in the middle of his forehead ceased, another eye appeared there. At that moment, blinding golden light swept the area. A second later, the torn bodies of the orc warriors around General Eye began to fall to the ground.

The opening of the eye on his forehead meant the death of hundreds of orc warriors. Alator used the Wind Element to open the distance between him and his enemy and formed a cage of water around the Great General of the Golden Leaf Guild.

Actually, it couldn't be called a cage; wherever the man inside went, the water mass followed him, but there was something else the technique held captive. Blinding those around him with the light coming out of his third eye, then slicing those around him using the feathers sticking to his body like sharp knives, General Eye couldn't use the attack method that worked at first.

The light coming out of his Third Eye refracted when it contacted water and advanced towards different points before reaching the eyes of the orcs around him. While their enemy, deprived of his wings, was captive on the ground, aimless attacks couldn't stop the orcs.

Alator, watching General Eye being rushed by thousands of orcs, went back to the past. He recalled the information he listened to about the mages of the Lands of Light on the benches of the Orc War Academy. Actually, he had just used one of the most basic pieces of information as a brain reflex.

Light was a very powerful type of magic; it was top-tier with its speed, accuracy, and destructive power, but like everything, it wasn't without its flaws. Regardless of whether it was a single-target or an area attack, if you could break its focus, it no longer posed a danger to you.

Alator looked at the water cage he controlled via the magic circle in his palm once more. It had no deadly aspect; the orc warriors could comfortably enter the water, but this technique was deadly for General Eye.

The Druid Warrior thought once more how lucky he was for receiving the best education he could get on the World of the Six Civilizations. His job here was almost done; perhaps he couldn't protect the orc warriors with his defense-based magic, but with the solution coming from his accumulation of knowledge, he had ensured thousands of them would step over General Eye's corpse and pass.

The person known as the mightiest among the Four Great Generals was bowing down to the Druid-Orc cooperation that once ruled over the entire World of the Six Civilizations. Against thousands of orc warriors possessing the protection of a Druid, neither weapon, nor technique, nor brute force could work.

Alator, when the battle he had been sustaining for a while ended, turned left to see what his subordinates were doing. The sight he saw wasn't as bright as the one in front of him, but there was nothing to be pessimistic about either.

General Hair and General Tongue, who took their medicines, were undergoing both physical and qualitative changes just like General Eye. For General Hair, this change had been quantitative too; after her two legs rooted to the ground, her hair practically turned into tree branches as thick as an adult orc's wrists.

Every orc warrior entering the range of the hair, tearing where it touched, unpredictable like a whip, and at the peak of lethality, was falling to the ground in dozens of pieces.

General Tongue had undergone a bodily change, even a transformation. His legs had taken the shape of frog legs; his tongue had lengthened and thickened several folds, and the warts appearing on his back were bursting one after another, emitting poisonous gas.

Despite this, the orc warriors didn't take a step back; even though hundreds died in seconds, new ones took their places in the blink of an eye. While the smell of fresh blood, the frothing of melting flesh, and the sounds of breaking bones intertwined, Alator came next to his subordinates.

"Earth Element users, come with me. Fire Element users and Water Element users, position yourselves around General Tongue!"

If they were on a standard battlefield, the Generals, who could catch an opportunity to escape many times and perhaps win the war due to the sheer number of enemies they slaughtered alone, continued to fight only for their lives while being surrounded by Druids.

"You two handle his right and left sides, and I will handle his back. Our orc friends will handle the rest. Whatever happens, you will not break your magic; we will show everyone that druids can fight back to back with orcs using attack magic too!"

Ten seconds after Alator gave his order, magical glimmers appeared around General Hair's hair turned into tree branches, and within a breath, what happened happened. The mud rising on her right side and the stone wall on her left side restricted the movement of her hair.

Ice crystals appeared on the side her back faced, and flying around the general turned into a tree along with a violent wind, they caused the black hair to fall to the ground like leaves. General Hair shouted, her wail reached the skies, but the Druids holding her captive on three sides didn't take a step back.

They had to do this for the orc warriors, who took over the stepping forward part, to advance. Their green-skinned friends were living up to this help too. The orc warriors, restraining the hair entering their bodies with their hands, opened the way for their kin coming behind them. The first orc reaching the two legs plunged into the soil raised his axe and brought it down without hesitating.
