Chapter 654 - Altı Yüz Elli Dört

A voice came from within the fireball that eclipsed the moon, followed by a person stepping out. Nafız was gliding without a single burn mark on her; if one were to be arrogant, they had to watch her carefully.

She spread her wings—wings that were the fruits of Nafız's long years of seclusion—and the feathers breaking off from them moved toward the earth. They were actually like arrows shot from a bow; even when the Sixth Apostle directed his flames toward them, he could not stop Nafız's attack.

He had no choice but to stop his attack and retreat; as long as there was a blood-red wall before him, it was impossible to reach the others. For the first time since being wounded by the thumb-sized dragon, the Sixth Apostle was taking a step back.

"How unfortunate for you; did you not know that I possess certain favors regarding the Fire Element?"

Not only the Sixth Apostle, but almost all members of the orc group and the Elemental Ten were unaware of the situation. Only Bookworm, one of Nafız's two apprentices, knew this, which was why, unlike the others, he was not afraid when his master remained inside the fireball.

"It doesn't matter, you will perish one way or another!"

When his flames proved ineffective, the Sixth Apostle wasted no time in directing Water Element attacks at Nafız. This time, he did not settle for a single type of attack; waves formed of the Water Element came from the front, an attack that took the form of a sharp rope came from the left, and thirdly, ice stalactites came from the right, leaving Nafız only one place to escape.

After the creature that was the manifestation of the Sublime Sky Dragon wounded him, his elemental dominion had become dazzling. He could attack the enemy using the same element from three separate points and in three separate forms.

The waves showcased the overflowing nature of the Water Element, the attack from the left showed its sharpness, and the stalactites showed its piercing feature. He was leaving Nafız no option but to retreat, and clearly, he intended to take revenge for her previous move this way.

"That fellow you call Master never told you about me, did he?"

As the Water Element-based attacks descended upon her, Nafız did not even close her blood-red wings over her body to take a defensive stance. She welcomed whatever came at her directly, and dozens of breaths later, it was seen that there was not even a single scratch on her.

Sometimes, individuals could have natural defenses against certain types of elements. For example, for a Hell Realm warrior belonging to the Holy Fire Cult, fire attacks could be tolerated to an extent, but it had never been seen that the same person could withstand three different types of Water Element attacks.

"Well, how would he tell you? He fainted right after taking a punch from Draco, the First Sheikh of the Holy Blood Cult. By the way, were you among those who came that day? I'm sure the fool who just died was there, but it feels like I didn't see you!"

Nafız, cleaning the ice particles remaining on her clothes with the back of her hand, continued to talk. She was using her tongue against the incoming attacks, and judging by the state of the Sixth Apostle, who was about to go mad with rage, the Blood God was hitting the bullseye.

"You will die—no, you are dead. You are already dead but you don't know it. I will not stop until I tear you into pieces; no matter where in the world you flee, I will find you, kill you, and send whoever knows you after you."

The Sixth Apostle was both speaking and organizing an attack using the Air Element. After discovering Nafız's immunity to Fire and Water Elements, he chose to make a move with the other weapon in his hand.

The light green energy coming out of his mouth spread; then, it moved by uniting in a ten-step circle with Nafız as the center. The Wind Element was sharp, unpredictable, and most importantly, fast.

The orc group members, who saw the Fire and Water Element attacks, this time only felt the aftershock that rippled the blood-red energy barrier. Unlike them, Nafız had predicted his next move while the Sixth Apostle was still concentrating energy in his throat area.

"How long has it been since I used these. Let's see, I wonder if I'm still good enough?"

Two blood-red whips appeared in Nafız's hands. How much they resembled the weapons of Mora, the person who opened the path to the might she attained. Nafız had given back all the equipment belonging to the woman whose legacy she grew stronger by taking; she had only a few items with Abarran's signature in her hand, and these whips were not among them.

The ones in Nafız's hand were weapons she formed after taking a portion of the powers of God Bürküt. They were composed of pure life energy and would be used to stand against the large-scale Air Element attack.

First, they cracked once, and then they plunged into the attack coming right before the Blood God. Both had different trajectories, but they had one common feature; they were shattering and tossing aside the Air Element attack they contacted.

The Sixth Apostle's attack was both large-scale and the kind that harbored a great power behind it. Even though Nafız shattered the ones coming right at her, those coming from behind did not stop. When those that should have passed by her left and right suddenly directed themselves toward her, the Blood God showed her sneaky smile.

While the whips cracked before her, they were now circling around her, taking her into a sphere. While the size of Mora's whips could lengthen or shorten depending on the amount of blood essence inside the bracelet, how could Nafız's whips, who carried almost limitless life energy in her body, fail to achieve this?

Thanks to the whips that lengthened for steps and then suddenly shortened to surround the user, an Air Element attack powerful enough to wipe a small city off the map was being nullified. Against the Sixth Apostle, who could perform combined element attacks with the power he gained, the Blood God was self-assured.

"Clearly, you cannot come here; then I shall go down and let's see if you have another trick. Otherwise, you will vanish just like that small, pathetic, fly-like little dragon that gave you your power."

Vanishing her wings, Nafız descended to the ground like a bullet. She was fast, looking as if she would crash, but when her feet stepped on the soil, not even a sound came out. She was the living example of what is called superior bodily dominion, and the orc group remaining right behind her were watching her with eyes full of admiration.

"How much longer are you going to stay there and mess up my fight? Cross over to the Middle Region, join your father, and make sure no one approaches until my business here is finished; otherwise, I'm not going to take responsibility for those who get caught in the crossfire!"

Nafız was speaking without looking back because the Sixth Apostle's humiliation limit for today was full. He struck his right foot on the ground, and an attack composed of thorns bursting from the earth advanced toward the Blood God.

Since Nafız had lifted the blood-red energy barrier when she descended to the ground, the orc group behind her was also under threat. It was impossible to know if the Sixth Apostle made the Earth Element attack by calculating this, but his being able to use four different types of elements was an event in itself.

"You're going to push it to the limit, aren't you? Then stand still so I can get these people out from underfoot!"

The Blood God swung her right hand, which had the ring with inter-spatial storage function. A breath later, a castle with golden-yellow walls appeared in the middle of the battlefield. Even though its dimensions were large enough to stop the Sixth Apostle's attack, the reason it was referred to as a castle right now was only its shape.

Nafız, who had captured equipment like this while destroying the tribes on the Orc Steppes, chose to protect herself and those behind her with a similar invention of the Orc Engineers many years later.

"Get your asses up! Take those half-dead Druids too and clear out!"

Bookworm understood how serious his master was from her gaze. He did as he was told without even taking a breath; the others following him joined him, taking along the Druid Warriors who had protected them a few hundred breaths ago.

While the Sixth Apostle battered the castle with the power of four elements, Nafız waited for her subordinates to distance themselves far enough. She knew the equipment she used would not endure long, but the time that would pass was enough for her.

"Come on then, little dragon-thing! It's time to send you next to that freak wandering in the shadows!"
