Xenia's Pov :
"If you have a problem with me then say it to my face.Don't use Eli as an excuse to corner me."I say directly,getting annoyed with his prick like behaviour.
Being in a room with him is already suffocating to me,let alone talking to him for so long.
"I am using him as an excuse?You are the one who has been trying to use Eli to get to me.Let me tell you,your cheap tricks aren't going to work.If you try to contact Eli one more time,then i will throw you out of this country or worse make you disappear."He warns stepping closer.His eyes filled with ruthlessness and coldness as he holds my gaze.
Using Eli to get to him?Does he think that i am after him?
Coldness settles in my heart as i look at the same face that saved me years ago.The same face that showed me kindness and then killed my best friend.
Kindness?It was a monster dressed as an angel pretending to be kind.
"Witson!Why is Eli saying that you are bullying Xenia?"Grandma's voice comes and i break the eye contact,taking a step back.Behind her Brother Adam comes running towards me.
Somewhere between our argument,Eli slipped out and went to call other's since Witson kinda closed him off.
"Nia,are you okay?"Brother Adam asks coming to my side."I am fine."
"Do you have any problem with my fiancé Witson?She took care of Eli.Shouldn't you be grateful instead of finding trouble with her?"Brother Adam say's shocking me and the one in front of me too.
I look at brother Adam,completely dumb founded.

What fiancé?
Whose fiancé?
"F-fiancé?"I mutter with a questioning smile and Brother Adam wraps an arm around me,pulling me close."Don't worry,it's okay if they know.They wont leak the news."
What will they leak when there's no news to begin with?
Ugh I guess i have to keep quiet for the moment and play along with him.
"Fiancé?"Witson also questions with a frown that seems like something went wrong."She is your fiancé Adam?"
"Yes,my fiancé.I wanted to introduce her to you guys today.But seems like you don't want to welcome us.We will take our leave in that case."Brother Adam say's coldly.
"Adam,you are no different then Kayden and Witson to me.How can you say that i don't welcome you guys?She is our benefactor.Of course you guys are welcome all the time."Grandma say's and glares at Witson."You,apologise to her."
"I didn't do anything wrong why should i apologise?"He says .
"Eli already told me you bullied Xenia.Stop lying and apologise to her."She say's sternly as if educating a child.
Witson glances at me and his gaze is piercing a hole in my head as if asking me to speak for him and say that he is innocent.
Huh,do i look like a fool?
I pretend to look away and ignore his gaze which turns into a glare within seconds.
"What are you waiting for?"Grandma urges and his face darken's as he glares at me."I am sorry for my words Miss Ashford."
I suppress the smile from blooming on my face seeing the devil being scolded like a child."It's okay Mr Creed.I didn't take your word's to heart."
"Since you have already apologised then how about you withdraw your men from her side too?"Brother Adam say's and i watch as a surprised frown takes place on Witson's brows."My men?"
From the corner of my eyes,i see grandma panicking for a second."I just remembered that i have to go for my health check up today.It's already night,Witson why don't you accompany me?"
"Why not just go tomorrow?"He says seeming annoyed.
"I was supposed to take it today.As long as there still time i can do it today.Why should i wait for tomorrow?"She scolds and gives us a smile."You children's have fun together.Kayden will stay with you guys.."No need grandma.It's late already.We will get going now."Brother Adam say's and we bid our goodbyes before taking our leave.
The moment we are inside his car,brother Adam turn's towards me."Did he do something to you?Are you okay?"
