Chapter 376 - Chapter 376 Gulliver's Plan

Mary pressed the console in front of her, and a set of complex particle collapse simulation images appeared on the large screen.

"Dr. Daniel discovered that when human volume is reduced beyond the subatomic limit, it does not fall into endless collapse as traditional physics suggests."

"Instead, it penetrates a dimensional barrier existing beyond our cognition, entering a brand-new dimensional space… which is the Quantum Realm."

"Not only that, through Dr. Daniel's repeated simulations and detection using micro-rays, it was discovered…"

"Deep within that microscopic dimension, there exists a stable energy field, highly likely possessing an environment suitable for carbon-based life!"

Mary looked at Pym and his daughter, who were stunned by these words, and continued.

"In other words… humans could be living there!"

"Are you saying…" Hope's breathing quickened, "…that Daniel might still be alive?!"

Pym also shuddered, his lips trembling for a long time before he let out a faint voice.

"This means… Janet… my Janet… she might also be alive?"

At the thought of this possibility, tears streamed down Hank's face.

It had been over twenty years; for these twenty-plus years, he had been constantly tormented by self-reproach, believing his wife had long since died.

But now, someone was telling him she might still be waiting for him in another dimension!

"Theoretically, yes, Ms. van Dyne. If Dr. Daniel, as you said, used Pym Particles to shrink infinitely… then the situation is the same as Ms. Janet's; he entered the Quantum Realm."

Mary's words made Hope weep with joy.

"Then how do we save him? How do we enter the Quantum Realm?!" Hope asked eagerly.

"That is also a problem Dr. Daniel has been researching."

Mary slid her fingers across the control panel, and the holographic projection switched to a design diagram of a device that looked like a tunnel.

"To verify this theory, Dr. Daniel exhausted everything he had, working tirelessly to build this portal capable of traveling to and from the Quantum Realm. He named this project—the Gulliver Tunnel."

Mary looked at Hope, her tone filled with deep emotion.

"Dr. Daniel spent countless days and nights in the laboratory, and a phrase he often kept on his lips was…"

"…My only wish is to one day personally open this tunnel. To bring back the lost Ms. Janet. To let Hope… regain the love of a complete family."

These words struck heavily upon the hearts of Hope and Hank.

Hope covered her mouth, unable to stop sobbing.

So, everything he did was for her. To untie the knot in her heart, to fulfill her greatest wish, he had silently sacrificed so much behind the scenes.

Hank Pym was streaming with old tears. He finally understood that Daniel was not trying to steal technology, nor was he pursuing commercial interests; he simply wanted to save his Janet…

How ridiculous and base his previous suspicions of this young man were.

Pym wished he could slap himself twice right now!

Notification! Gained special popularity value +20000! (From Hope van Dyne)

Notification! Gained special popularity value +22000! (From Hank Pym)

The notification sound rang in the ears of Homelander, who was tasting milk in the hotel's presidential suite.

"It seems the script is progressing very smoothly…" He swirled his glass of white milk, a smile growing on his lips: "Except for not being able to contribute popularity value, Miss Skynet is simply impeccable."

"Then is this Gulliver Tunnel built now?!" Hope wiped away her tears, new Hope igniting in her eyes.

"Not quite…" Mary replied.

"To ensure the accuracy of the tunnel, during this time, Dr. Daniel even disregarded the danger to his own life and performed a quantum anchor binding between his own biological magnetic field and the Gulliver Tunnel."

"His original plan was that once everything was ready, he would personally walk into the tunnel to bring Ms. Janet back."

Mary paused, her tone becoming heavy.

"But this plan has a fatal flaw."

"During the transmission process, the Gulliver Tunnel, like the shrinking light, synchronously reduces the mass of the object. This leads to the person becoming incredibly fragile when shrunk down to the Quantum Realm. A tiny fluctuation could potentially tear the traveler apart."

Upon hearing the term "quantum anchor," Hope's eyes lit up; she immediately grasped the key point.

"Since Daniel performed a quantum anchor with the tunnel, it means that as long as the tunnel is activated, we can precisely locate his position in the Quantum Realm and bring him back!"

"We must complete it! We have to save him!" Hope said firmly.

"What must I do to perfect this tunnel?!"

"This is precisely the research bottleneck Dr. Daniel has always faced." Mary turned her head, her gaze resting on Pym.

"He was trying to find a stable formula that could maintain an object's relative mass and density while in a miniaturized state…"

"Pym Particles!" Hank Pym stood up abruptly, blurting it out.

Hope looked at her father excitedly: "Father, you take over this research! Integrate Pym Particles into it, and we will save Daniel and Mother together!"

Hank Pym did not hesitate at all, nodding with a determined gaze.

"Leave it to me! As long as I can save them, I am willing to give everything."

Hank walked toward the terminal console, preparing to intervene in the research immediately.

"Sorry, Dr. Pym." Mary suddenly stepped forward, reaching out to block Pym.

"You cannot access this technical data."

"Why?!" Hope shouted, confused, "We are saving him!"

Mary was expressionless, saying in a professional tone: "The core technology of the Gulliver Project is a secret jointly held by Starr Group and Dr. Daniel."

"The company has strict confidentiality regulations. Without authorization from Dr. Daniel himself and the Starr Group board of directors, no one has the right to access this technology."

"Are you crazy?!" Hope was furious, pointing at Mary and scolding her sternly.

"This is a human life! It's your scientist, your vice President! How can you talk to me about the company's bullshit regulations at a time like this?!"

"Sorry, Ms. van Dyne. Regulations are regulations." Mary's gaze remained calm.

"The entire laboratory system is under the control of the Skynet system. Without authorization, all core data has been locked. Forcing a hack may cause the data to self-destruct."

Hope was trembling with anxiety, not knowing what to say.

At this moment, Mary changed the subject, her tone softening slightly.

"However, Ms. van Dyne. Things are not entirely without a turning point."

"What do you mean?" Hope felt a glimmer of Hope rise in her heart.

Mary walked to the safe on the side and opened the door via retinal scan.

She took out a document from inside and handed it to Hope.

"Dr. Daniel is a meticulous person. Before conducting this dangerous experiment, one month ago, he drew up this legally binding inheritance document."

"Once Daniel encounters an accident or goes missing during the experiment or other emergencies, his personal assets, as well as the personal portion of the scientific research technology rights he holds…"

"…are all to be personally inherited by Ms. Hope van Dyne."
